When can other networks purchase this show from Disney? I can't wait unil it's shown on regular TV again. I miss it so much after Disney now has it, and I don't get Disney. It's also annoying when you watch it on Disney because of the seemingly never-ending commercials, many over retarded programming. To make matters worse, the commercials are the same and play repeatedly.

You know what I hate about Disney? I hate the little music videos they have on that station. Geez, it's even worse than plain commericials.

Unfortunately, the Teeny Boppers are the 'In' thing now. A bunch of stations are trying to cater towards them now. It does suck. It's also sad that Disney plays more music than MTV. I'm sorry, I might be dumb, but I thought MTV stood for Music TeleVision? You sure wouldn't think that if you actually look at the channel. They only play music videos from like 3 in the morning to 8 in the morning. Even then, they just keep showing the same old videos from the same old singers.
You like country music, right? You get CMT? I wouldn't be surprised if it becomes a junior MTV pretty soon. The transformation is already starting.

I used to watch a lot of tv too. It's cut down pretty drastically too. Some shows could have that teeny bopper feel to it, but they are dedicating everything to them. What about all the non-teeny boppers? I guess we just pick up a book and read instead.
They don't know when to stop pushing it either. You guys know that Hillary Duff on Lizzie McGuire? She was doing okay on the Lizzie show. Now she sings. She doesn't have the best singing voice, imo. I guess Disney thought it was the best way to cash in. Cashing in destroys some shows. I caught an episode of the Osbournes and they had the Osbournes bobble heads around the house. I don't know if that was done on purpose to get people to buy the bobble heads or if they were just left there unintentionally. I still feel it was there to sell the product and that's when I realized that the whole show has changed.

The only new show I watch is Birds of Prey and I think they're showing the last episodes of that show next week. The rest of the time I'm watching tv, I'm either watching a game show or have it on TVL. I watch All in the Family on N @ N, but other than that, it's the only shows I watch.

I think they don't show 3 eps. Someone in another post listed the ones they don't air, so just check out the next few posts down the page.
Here's the link to the post about the 3 eps.

Remember when we had to pay for The Disney Channel and they never interrupted programming with commercials? Those were the days. I actually don't mind the music videos it's better than that awful DTv that they used to show and I actually find the That's So Raven song catchy LOL

Geez, how could I forget paying for Disney? I remember they used to show 'The Baby-Sitters Club' over there and I used to read the books so much when I was younger. My parents got me the Disney Channel one year for my birthday. Actually, my mom slipped on the secret before my birthday, but it was still a birthday present.

I liked the old school disney channel better than the disney channel today. When it was a premium channel, you got the classic movies you can barely find in video stores today. Instead, the disney channel has decided to not play these movies and play the ones you can find at least 12 coppies of at your local Blockbuster video stores. I also hate the way it has turned all teeny-bopperish. By doing it, they are both turning away audience members and committing coorporation suicide. Nickelodeon has already established itself as a teeny-bopper network. It baffles me why Disney would be so stupid to risk loosing audience members and go in a direction that would create more competition for another type of audience. The commercials are also really annoying, mainly because they repeat the same ones over and over. As for the music videos inserted in the advertisement times, they do a good job of turning me away from the shows/movies they are supposed to be promoting. I now exit the soapbox.

Well for me,as a teen, I kinda like the teeny bopper(well except for Lizze McGuire, i think thats too teeny bopperish). They play those kiddie shows on PLayhouse Disney way too long into the day. Like when i get home from school Its Loyd in Space( i know its not playhouse disney, but its still a kids show) and i wanna see boy meets world(im a little mad still since they only show it once on weekdays instead of twice) and Even Stevens. But I have noticed, they took out Vault Disney(remember were the shows were in black and white and stuff?) n i used to watch that, like the MMC with Annette and all those old Micky Mouse shorts and stuff. But i do agree with the commercials, they are annoying and do u remember when they used to be like 3 of them so the shows got more air time? instead of now they r like 7 of them and the shows are getting the same air time as the rest of the other channels do. That was one of the reasons I liked Disney. But now as i look back on what i read, the Disney Channel has gotten teeny bopperish, and I think that's a shame.

From what I understand, Disney owns BMW until April 2004. From there they can either renew it, or start airing it on ABC Family, or any other Disney Owned stations. I have read that they want to keep the show within the Disney Co. for as long as they can, but you never know. I would love for TNT or TBS to start airing BMW, then they wouldn't ban or edit episodes.

basically they dont show any episodes that talk about sex, drugs, or alcohol. and they totally butcher the ones they do show by cutting so much out. not that i completely blame them. the last season was just raunchy. but still, one of my favorite episodes is the one where cory and shawn get drunk. i heard that disney found many lines objectional in that one but the one reason it wasnt aired was because shawn said "i drink it because i like it. it makes me feel good." why couldn't they just edit that line out?

Yes they do, but the last season is one on my favs.
They won't show that episode at all, because Disney feels that Cory and Shawn didn't learn anything and weren't sufficiently punished.
