Missing the old Cheers board members!

Does anyone still here from a while ago Miss the S/O members who left? I mean, the new people here are great, and are totally welcome, but I miss Dr. Lilith Sternin, JanLady, Miss Diane Chambers, Samyanddiane4ever, and so on. I feel so lonely! Almost everyone is gone. Okay anyways I'm done ranting

Yeah, I know what you mean. I haven't been here for too long (6 months), but I miss the other people who used to post here. The new people are cool, but it was definitely a different atmosphere when the members who are now MIA were contributing to the posts.

But NORM, I mean that like this board was jumping and lively with talk about Cheers, now we only get about 3 posts a day. I think it's that we pissed some people off and they don't wanna come anymore, or hardly come. Now if you add up the vigorous posters on this board, there are about 7 or a bit more. It
's depressing the heck out of me, this board is struggling for life!

no, i dont post as much as i used to but then again i have less posts than some ppl who joined this board after me

this post made me think, so i checked. if u go back 2 the first page (or what is now page 17/the last page), im the first member "still here" today i think

neway this board always had its "dead" times. it picks up eventually and everytime it goes dead (usually w/ a diff. group of ppl lol), the same thing always comes up (this board is so dead. where is everyone? etc.) but it picks up eventually, so...

Yeah, there have also been stages of the Cheers board as well. When I first came here it was in the Diane and Sam stage. Everyone would always talk about Sam and Diane as a couple and there were also tons of Diane fans. Then there was the Bebe stage where everyone loved Bebe and Lilith. Eventually the board will probably become active again..but who knows what stage it will be...

I'm still around. I was here back in the day when this board was jumping.(Especially during the Lilith obsession days.) JanLady is still here too, she just switched usernames. She is now Janice. I'm starting to notice that the board is starting to come alive again, but that's just me.

I see I've been missed. The comments make me laugh... the Lilith/Bebe obsession days... looks like Bethy needs to hit the Kool-Aid Factory and brew up a new batch of Lilith-Lovin' and Bitchin'-Bebeness!

Anyway, I've been very busy and such. I'm moving out to NYC mid-February to attend school (The American Musical and Dramatic Academy). I've been doing much to prepare and that's been taking up most of my time.

Also... I have another name: Vera-Ellen. I made it when this one wasn't letting me sign in. It's working again though, but if you ever see Vera-Ellen pop up, that's lil' ole Bethy as well.

Bethany, you are definitely missed on these boards. However, it's great to hear that you're following your dream. Just promise that you'll stop by from time to time with the dreaded ol' Bebe Kool Aid. ;) I think this board could use that.
