What was the first episode of TZ that you watched? The first TZ episode that I'd ever seen was 'A Stop at Willoughby'.

Well I'm not sure of the very first episode that I watched, but one of the first ones I remember seeing as a kid was Stopover in a Quiet Town and also Walking Distance. They also happen to be two of my favorites.

I love those two eps. Quiet Town had such a cool ending.

Let's see how far back I can remember. I was in 6th grade when I first got the Sci-Fi Channel so that would be around 1996. I think the first one I have ever seen is "The Fear." It was the second to last episode, I believe. It had a couple believing that there is a giant alien stalking them. It has an OK twist ending but it's one that you can sense a mile away.

I know! The whole episode is creepy and spooky. The only problem is that the couple keeps bickering and stuff.

The Fear was okay, but I wouldn't count it as one of the best episodes. Season 5 had some pretty good episodes, so in a way it was kind of good enough to have a season 6. However, I'm kind of happy it ended with 5 seasons. I'd hate to have 4 good seasons (I hate the 4th season. The 4th season only had a few good eps imo.) and the show turn into a total joke if it lasted any longer.

Unless I remember incorrectly, the first TZ I ever saw was "Back There." I liked it--I've always been a big Lincoln fan, and it had a nice twist ending. For some reason I haven't seen that episode again in the twenty-five or so years that have passed since.

"The Whole Truth" came on right after it that day (corresponding to the order in which the episodes were originally shown), and I liked that, too, but not enough to watch it again. When I finally watched it again recently, I was amazed at how bad the episode seemed to me.

A lot of people seem to choose the first episode they ever saw, or one of the first episodes they ever saw, as their favorite. I happen to be one of them; "Kick The Can" was one of the first four episodes I saw. I don't recall if I saw it before or after "Five Characters In Search Of An Exit."

One of the first I remember seeing is the pilot episode:
"Where is Everybody?", this was early 1970s, I was a young kid at the time, "WIE?" happens to be my favorite episode.

I remember seeing " The Whole Truth" and " The HitchHiker" early too, I like these eps. I believe I saw " Walking Distance" and " The Lonely" early on too, but not sure when.

Great topic --- Great memories

BRY, u r lucky to see "the parallel" as one of your first, for some reason the hour longs were hardly aired here, I love "The Parallel"
and many other Hour Longs.

Whats in the Box is a fine ep, I like it.
