na, your ovaries PROBABLY (i'm no doctor) didn't rupture, but you could of had a cyst rupture on it.. i had that, and OMG it's like PMS cramps times 10000000, just go through the pain, i went to the doc for mine and theres nothing they can do but give ya some medicine that's ****ty.
