View Full Version : I feel the Writers did a poor job explaining the absence of J.J in "Rent Party"

I watched the episode Rent Party and Saw that J.J was not in the episode. It was said that he was in St. Louis. My question is why would J.J be in St.Louis? And it was never mentioned why he was there. Poor job in my opinion by the writers. The writers did the same thing when it was mentioned that James was out of town. Out of town doing what????

Even though the show was shifting its focus too much towards J.J's jive talkin silliness by this time, I believe the Rent Party episode would have been better with J.J. in it. His comedy could have really been used in the acts they were putting on. I did get a chuckle out of Bookman's imitations though.
