Gimme, Gimme, Gimme

Does anyone know why the 2nd series of Gimme has not been released on DVD/Video. Series 1 & 3 have been - but no 2. Would anyone happen to have it on tape as well as the millenium special.

I remember in a magazine people were asking the same question of why the 2nd season hasn't been released and the 3rd has.
That is strange.
