I just saw this episode this morning, I thought it was great, its now my new favorite Twilight Zone episode.

Larry from Bewitched being in this otherwise very good ep makes it hard to take that seriously. Fortunately he doesn't come in till it's more than half over.

"A World Of Difference" is what I may believe to be the episode's title that starred Howard Duff in a fine performance about a man who finds his life suddenly becomes the basis of a fictional production called,"The Private World Of Arthur Curtis".

Arthur Curtis was Duff's character real name,but in the Twilight Zone world he entered he was a fellow known as Jerry Reardon,an actor.An episode that has plenty of irony,drama,and subtle horror to it that made it among one of the Twilight Zone's best.

The fellow who played Larry on Bewitched,played Reardon's agent in this episode.He guest starred in plenty of tv shows in his career and did a fine job in this episode thinking his client,Jerry Reardon,was having a breakdown by going around calling himself Arthur Curtis.

Thankfully,Serling allowed this episode to have a happy ending,something that didn't happen often with Serling's Twilight Zone.

This episode isn't too bad, Howard Duff gives a very good performance but Eileen Ryan as the bitchy Nora is what really makes this episode for me. By the way, the actor your thinking of is David White who was also in I Sing The Body Electric.

Richard Matheson, the writer of this one, did another couple of TZs that have a happy ending by means of a very narrow escape--"Little Girl Lost" and, in a slightly different way, "Nick Of Time." I'm glad you like "AWOD," Larry Paul, but that one is my least favorite of the three--Howard Duff's voice just grates on me for some reason. Oh well.
