Theme on TVLand's Insider??

Does anybody know if it made the top 50? and if so what number, if it did, it musta been above 25 becuase i missed 40-25.... I saw it's name on the commercials, so i am upset that i missed it if it was on there!

I watched the whole show. Well, it was only the top 40 theme songs. If I can remember I believe LITB theme song was #28. I'm sure that if you go to the TVland website they'll have a complete list of the top songs.

they didn't yet, what did they say about it? how was it created? I need the INFO (sorry, i just watch Austin Powers... and uh, yea! :) ) cuz that musta been INTERSTING! :)

It was a VERY short segment. Probably about 15 seconds at the most. It was just some guy talking about how the show was about a innocent young boy and the theme song should go with that. I mean that was basically it!! They should've had more!

As you guys know they replayed the "Themes" program this week. I think Burgermiester, who said it placed around 28 is about right. The program said that the person who wrote the song wrote it without ever seeing the show or the cast. Again, Burgermiester has that about right too. The theme writer wrote it with a young boy in mind. He just tried to make it sound upbeat and wistful. I think he did one heck of a good job; great theme tune. Anyone remember anymore information about it from the TV Land program or from anywhere else?

Actually, the Leave It to Beaver theme song placed #26 in "Inside TV Land: Top 40 Theme Songs", the Family Ties theme song was the show that placed #28.
