Did they hire new writers??

I only watched a few episodes from season one and didn't find the show that great. BUT so far, the two that have aired this season have been much better. Does anyone know if they hired new writers or what?

I checked on a site, and I figured out there are different writers for each episodes, sometimes some of them wrote scripts for 2, or 3 different episodes of the first season.

But the writer of the season premiere wasn't listed in the first season, as for the second episode, it was written by 2 persons who already wrote the script for some episodes of the first season !
