Getting a picture on your profile

I have found pics to use but I have small ones too but they say they are too big. How do I make them smaller? Do I go to like microsoft word and do it or does anyone have one of Jeannie and Tony the right size I can use.

The pic have to be at the most 125 pixels by 125 pixels. You can make the pics smaller using Photo Studio if you have that. It comes with Windows I believe. If you don't have PS then I can make the picture just the right size for you, since I have it. Just post the pic in your reply and in a just a jiffy I'll have it ready. :happyface
