Calling all General Hospital Fans!! lol

I noticed that this show is hardly ever mentioned on the board. I absolutely adore it and was wondering about other people's reactions. List your favorite characters, why you like the show, why you dislike it, who you want to have children with (lol), whatever you want. But keep in mind this is about General Hospital, no Passions fans allowed! lol

Also love: Alexis, Carly (when she's strong, and not under the thumb of a man), Felicia (same as Carly). Edward is so aggravating I love him, AJ when he's not too self-pitying. Mike! I'm liking Coleman more each day. Zander.

Sick of at the moment: Sonny. I was sick of Brenda when she left; I'm not thrilled that she's back. Liz.

Needs a better storyline: Alan, Monica, Jax, Felicia. Zander needs to be featured more, and not as a buffoon.

Fantasy pairings: Luke and Alexis; Lucky and Gia; I wanted Stefan and Chloe together (sigh).

I miss: Helena (where is she???); Robert Scorpio; Sean and Tiffany; V.

That's all I can think of right now.

I love: Sonny, Carly (When she isn't being a compulsive), Alexis, Jason, Luke, Roy, and Coleman! (I think Courtney might eventually be with him...they could be good together...)

Sick of: Liz! (She is soooo whiny and annoying and clingy!), Scotty, and the new Georgie...go figure the kid has been on the show for, like, 5 days and I already hate her. lol

Fantasy Pairing: Courtney and Coleman, Zander and Emily (again lol), Brenda and Jason, Sonny and me lol :lol:

How can you not like Edward? Sure, he's ciniving, devious, and basically evil but he plays a great bad guy! And you need that in a soap opera!!! What would the Quartermaines be without Edward to distract them, lie to them, and scheme. It's a great storyline!

I've been watching General Hospital for a LOONNGGG time

okay hmm..where should I start...

Luke/Laura - I always thought that they should be together, I was a little upset that he was Felicia when he was...But, unfortunatly, Genie left the show...so now I don't know who I would want him to be with.

Felicia/Mac/Georgy/Maxey - I always thought they should be a family, but the whole Felicia/Roy story is good...To bad he's leaving the show...

Nicholas/Gia - PERFECT couple. I love Gia, Marisa Ramirez is and amazing actress!

Lucky/Elizabeth - sorry to see this one end. I miss Jonathen Jackson as lucky but Jacob Young is doing a great job. To bad that this relationship is over...Elizabeth should be with Zander...enough said

Carly/Sonny/Alexis/Brenda - one of my favorite story lines. Sonny belongs with Carly, Alexis with ned and Brenda belongs...well...not with anyone...because she was supposed to be dead!!!

Brenda/Jax/Skye - Jax has ALWAYS loved Brenda, but his new relationship with Skye stick....

AJ/Courtney - Courtney is an idiot she should be with someone else, like Jason - AJ should be all alone

Monica/Alan/Edward/Lila - yeah, i'm not sure what to say about them...

Bobbie/Scotty - they should be together. Jackie Zeman ROCKS by the way..she's a sweetheart...when I met her she was more than kind!!!

Yeah, that's about all I can think about to write....and if i could have anyone's kids it would be Sonny's lol because Maurice Bernard is hot or Nichalos' because Coltin Scott is hot also!!

I want Chloe to come back, if she ever did she would def. be with Jax again, becuz they ROCK!!!! and yeah I can do without Emily...

After watching today I think that Lucky and Elizabeth will get back together. I mean she is going to Atlantic City with him and not just to get away from Jason because who in their right mind would want to get away form him!!! LOL

I also miss Jonathon Jackson as Lucky. He was one of the reasons I started watching GH as a young teen, the other being because I used to watch it with my Grandpa when I was little. He has a new movie out called "Tuck Everlasting" I'm going to see it this weekend...can't wait!

I sort of like the AJ/Courtney thing but like you I want her to be with Jason...or Coleman. :-)

Anyway, thanks for posting!

P.S. Luke and Alexis would be good together under different circumstances. Do you agree?

I did see Sarah Brown/Ex-Carly on Birds of Prey last night. I thought she was pretty good but her part wasn't big enough but she did seem Carly-ish :) I didn't realize how different the two Carly's were! At any rate...write your opinions on Carly now!

I think the new Carlie can hold her own and she does a great job with the role. Did any of you see the General Hospital cast on Family Feud last night? They competed against the Bold and the Beautiful I think. Anyway, the actors that play Courtney, Scottie, Allan, Bobby, and Taggert were on it. It was great!

OK I watch GH today, which was very hard for me to do with Passions on, and was wondering why those people wanted Luis dead. What did he do? Also was Skye drunk or drugged when she woke up? I remember Skyes character on All My Children, she was great. So what all is going on? What happen to Alexis baby? I hope this soap doesn't get boring like Passions. Also did you guys know Port Charles has a vampire in the show? That is just like Dark Shadows.

Alexis had the baby to early - she was having problems...
Alcazar has always been wanted dead- he told Brenda that she had a disease and kidnapped her......n yeaa - Skye had a hang over when she woke up - she has drinking problems - umm Yes Port Charles has had a vampire in its show for a while....

I'd like to throw in that the main reason everybody wants Louis dead is because 1) he killed Alexis's sister, Christina, 2) he tried to Sonny and Jax, and 3) when Alexis went into labor in the park he was there and just left her to die in the snow.

Who do you think killed him?

I don't like 'General Hospital'. Right now, I'm in the 'As the World Turns', 'Guiding Light' phase. Yet, I still watch 'All My Children' faithfully. I wonder if I would watch it if Kendall wasn't on. I'll tell you this. I won't watch it anymore when she leaves.

Okay, I don't understand why you would come to this thread and post negative stuff about a show that we like. We understand you're intilted to your opinion - but no one asked for it. And if it's SUCH a bad soap opera, Why has it been on for so many years? Why - every year - when they have the super soap weekend - thousands and thousands of fans go to see their favorite GH - AMC - PC and OLTL stars? You don't need to post negative stuff on a thread that we come to so we can post with people who like the same stuff as us. That gets you know where but in a fight.
