Tonight, at a football game, my friend called me the "pudgy one" of our group, which consists of three of us. Is 110 lbs for a 15 year old fat??

If you're 5 ft tall maybe. You're not pudgy, and don't let anyone try to give you a complex. Society thinks females should be supermodel thin, and that's a joke. It's no problem if you want to spend 3 hours a day working out and surviving on lettuce and celery sticks.

"Why me a skinny pencil? Id rather be a happy magic marker!"
Oh hell..is that even how it goes:rolleyes:
Anyways..first off, you dont even SOUND "pudgy", and if you were "pudgy" who cares?!?!?! Men like something to grab onto anyways lol.;)

You are perfect the way you are. Don't gain weight because someone says you're skinny. Don't become anorexic if someone calls you fat. Don't do it. You'll drive yourself crazy in the long run trying to become the ideal perfect opinion of somebody else.
I hate that so much. You would think personalities count, but not to some people. I don't have the perfect figure of big breasts, skinny as a pencil, long legs, tight butt. I'm sorry, I don't.
Don't let anybody bother you though.

Don't woryy Kayla. I'd just ignore him. And even if you were a little pudgy (Which I am not calling you or anything, so don't take it the wrong way) it doesn't matter how beautiful or pretty you are on the outside, it all counts on what's on the inside. I mean
people are so concerned about their looks that they get Breast Jobs and all that makeup crap just to make themselves look better, but most of the people I know look worse in all that junk than without. I know I went a little offtopic, so I apologize. :D

lol guys...I'm not going to become anorexic or bulimic, but I understand where you're coming from. I have a friend who's done both. It's very sad. But thanks again for all your comments, and for Chris (the Georgia's on my Mind one) for supplying me with the info that Marilyn Monroe was 150 lbs...

This post is going to get a bit off topic, but I'm just wondering about it too. When some people get a certain age, they really do start worrying about their looks. I'm getting wrinkles, my hair is turning gray, blah blah blah. They go out and get the breast implants, the tummy tucks, the hair dye- whatever. Wouldn't it be a waste of time? What if the breast implants bust or the hair dye makes your hair fall out or the tummy tuck screws up on you? Wouldn't it be better to look like a natural older person instead of looking like a dinosaur with the waxy skin and such?
I was watching that Price is Right E! True Hollywood story the other day, and they shot to one of the models that had gotten fired from the show. I think it was Janice. I'm not sure about that, but whenever she blinked her eyes- it just looked so weird to me. I'm not sure how to describe it, but it looked like she had gotten way too many facial surgeries since her eyes weren't blinking naturally. Anybody else see this special and can explain it better?

Isn't that amazing...one generation's sex symbol is the next generation's fat girl.
I came to the realization long ago that I'd never be a size 2 because my hips are just too big. That's just the bone structure. I'm curvy and happy! :D

Maybe if you're 3 feet tall.
115 pounds is nothing to be worried about. Nothing at all.
You are not overweight at that size. If anything, you're average.
Don't change your diet. If you're unhappy with how you look... "pudgy" as they said ( ) do some excersizes. Use that weight and turn it into muscle! It really doesn't take that much a day to do so. A few push ups here, a few sit ups there. :)

110 pounds doesnt sound "pudgy" at all, it would depend on your bone structure and how tall you are but you sound just fine and most likely underweight!!
Dont worry about your weight! You can be beautiful at any size..well, maybe Im stretching that, it doesnt mean 425 pounds or something, but yeah! lol, theres way too much emphasis on weight anymore. You can be like me and downright tiny compared to most, or like you and perfectly fine the way you are- and still feel like you're overweight. Its so insane.
im glad that you know that eating disorders is not the way to go, ive had a few friends hospitalized for bulimia and had a few experiences w/ anorexia back in middle school. Its not fun and def not worth it.

110 for a 15 year old? Oh my God... that's honestly ridiculous. Ok, I'll prove it's total bull... you know what the average weight is for a 13 year old? 120. (or so I heard) and your 15 and 110? wow... your friend's probably just jealous.

Sheesh. I'm 15 and I weight more than that... And yeah, like someone else said, muscle weighs more than fat and the average size in America is like a 14. I think all that "you HAVE to be a size 0" is a load of $hit. I seriously don't know anyone who wears a 0, except for 2 people. And they're about 5' tall and weigh like 85-95 lbs (they're my age...haha). Anyways,...if you only weight 110 lbs...theres no way you can be fat...unless you're a midgit. Hah.

I've been lightening up on junk, and I just checked my scale after a few years of not using it--NOOOOOOOO!!!!!! I'M 264 POUNDS!!!! But that's bad when you're 39. I gotta get rid of it. I don't want a stinkin' heart attack or whatever else. Well, I don't seem TOO fat, but still....

If a friend is calling you fat, than she's not really your friend.

110lbs for a 15 year old is definately not fat. Don't listen to people who make cracks about your weight - they're only doing that because they are insecure about themselves.
Don't start crash-dieting or anything like that. It only leads to problems. I suffered from an eating disorder for nearly 3 years, I'm still not yet fully over it and I doubt I ever will be.
It's not worth screwing up your life over. Just be happy the way you are whether you're fat, thin or whatever. People who matter won't give a sh#t what weight you are.
