Did Mr. Powell bug you like he bugged me? It seems like the only way to get in good with him is to be a navy man.

He has got to be one of the all-time worst TV characters. Always annoyed and nasty, for no good reason. I would have loved to see an episode where Charles told Mrs. Powell that he quit because he was tired of dealing with that old goat.
