I work with students on service projects for the poor and needy. I want to use this episode for a lesson. Any idea where I can get a good copy?

You could either wait a few months and tape it when it airs again, or if you need it soon you could try searching online to see if somebody sells tapes of LITB, although you might get stuck with having to buy a tape that is full of episodes and costs more.
