Cool I can't wait! Sometime in August huh? I wonder what kind of forums they're are going to have. Maybe something similar to what this message board has. :D

I think it's a great idea. I just hope they have "thick skin" and avoid heavy moderation. Not everyone is going to say/post, "It's a great day in TV Land."

Cool! I'll probably stop by the tv land boards sometime, but SO is where its all at. :)

Well, a little more competition for the Sitcoms On-Line Boards, eh? :D Actually, I've long since wondered why TV Land.com didn't ever have on-line message boards. I think it will be a great improvement, and I'll be sure to visit there from time to time. But I must say, no one will ever knock off the popularity of Sitcoms On-line, and I will always make this my fist visit over the TV Land boards. :)

I first saw the TVLand.com message boards a few days ago (on the 22nd if you must know). It is pretty basic and easy to use. Registration is required. It does not have the features that these boards have, it's just basic. But it will have programming updates (yeah sure, they'll give you the schedule like 2 weeks before, lol) from TVLTheLink and TVLSteve. It has TV Land show boards, Nick at Nite, and Other Classic shows; with Tom Hill having his own board (the TV Land to Go guy).
It should be open by August 29th, if not, for sure by September 3rd. I'll post when I can when it is released.

Yes, I think it was intended for AOL people only today, and Tuesday for everyone.

I having some problems registering over there. Because every single time I try to register the thing keeps on saying "you forgot to pick a username". Well, I already had a username picked. I don't understand.

I registered just fine. I even posted. But why only 10 characters max for a SN? I wanted one much longer than that.

I think the TV Land boards are OK, but I think these boards are far superior to theirs, lol. I registered as Sean Snow there.
