anyone else get dehydrated easily like me? Ive had to be hospitlized the first time I was..and since then...I am drinking water constantly or ill get wicked sick

ummmm....


i've never had to be hospitalized, thank god. but after pe i have to drink like 2 bottles of water, even if i didn't do anything. just going outside gets me dehyrdated.

I've never had to go to the doctor, but during a basketball game last year, I got a REALLY bad dehydration cramp in my calf...I had to sit out the rest of the game (there was online like 3 minutes to go, though).

Why is everyone rolling their eyes?!?! I thought it was funny!


I threw up 9 times and had to go to the ER to get an IV cuz I kept throwing up everytime i drank something. Gosh that was nice....:joke:

umm only when I get alot of excersice when it's hot or I play sports in hot weather... I've never had it to the extreme though...

Water's something I MUST have during the summer... I remember when I was younger, I'll used to chug down bottles of water within seconds, and my friends would just stare at me like I've never had water in my life, or something, lol....
