I've only been to 3 (Kings Island, Cedar Point, Busch Gardens Virginia) sooo.....

I w would have to say Cedar Point or Kings Island

Whalom Park. It had a lot of good rides and it was never busy. But they tore it down. After that, Canobie Lake Park.

Islands of Adventure (the Popeye ride is SO AWESOME!)
