Bruce Willis (Moonlighting) did very well in the movies.

For that matter, so did Demi Moore if you want to include her stint on General Hospital as being in a hit TV show.

I think Helen hunt did pretty could she won emmys for her role on Mad About You and then won oscars in movies.

leonardo dicaprio (just because growing pains is one of the best shows), helen hunt, ahsley johnson (chrissy from growing pains, she was in the london movie with mary kate and ashley and also played the daughter of mel gibson's character in what women want)......
