Can anyone tell me where I can get a copy of the episode where Alf goes to Gilligan's Island, or when that episode might air? Thanks!

You mean the Ballad Of Gilligan's Island..ep. 2.28. The best place would be to go to eBay and see if someone is selling an ALF tape they have recorded...and hope it is on there. The chances of finding it on TV are slim due to noone airing ALF right now. If you find it at eBay - you could email the seller and ask if it's on there.
