Are any of you on any certain types of diets? Do you think it's helped youa dn is healthy for you? If so how? For me, I'm on the Weight Training all water diet. I do most types of lifting and excercise such as running, biking, and walking. And whener I feel hungry, I just drink water, and it really works. Whenever you feel hunger, half the time it's mistaken for thirst, and boy does it work. I have a friend who's been drinking water a lot of water and lost 5 pounds already. And I'm just glad I'm loosing weight too because everyone keeps telling me your thin, so I make look thin, but I don't feel it. So, if you're on any types of diets, can ya tell us?

Water diet huh? I ought to try that. It's probably better than my "when I feel hungry I drink Dr. Pepper diet."

I'm on a no dairy diet, but that's just because I can't eat it.

My mother went through gastric bypass surgery and she has to eat very very little a day. She also has to chew her food thoroughly so that it doesn't hurt going down.

Since August last year, I have been going to the YMCA on a regular basis and lifting weights. I can lift 80 pounds in 2 sets of 12 on every machine except the shoulder press kind where it excercises the deltoids. I go on the treadmill for 25 minutes and do other cardio machines if I have the time.

I've tried dieting, but I never stick to it. I've been told they hardly ever work anyway.

Diets can be great but u gotta stick to them for the rest of ur life or all the weight comes back.

I eat healthy and I splurge on Friday. I lift weights, do leg exercises, run, dance, and play field hockey. HOWEVER, I plan to do that for the rest of my life.

I'm not on a diet but thankfully I don't gain weight easily.

My dad has been on a no-carb diet for awhile now and it's really working for him. He's lost close to 25 pounds.

Me too.

Well, I've been on a diet for 2 weeks. I eat 1000 calories a day and excercise for an hour. I really hate dieting, but I also hate being fat so I guess I'll stick with this one. Adding all those calories is really toning up my math skills too.

And when the weather gets alot nicer i'll go for walks and stuff.
At the gym where I go, we get measured every month, but this month i get measured early cuz I started to go there on March 18th, and i get it on the 30th! since it came to my town,i can go everyday cuz i dont live far....It's a pretty good workout to 15-20mins!

It's not really a diet, but I drink diet drinks instead of regular sodas. You'd be surprised by how many calories you avoid that way.

I'm 5ft 6ins and I weigh 112lbs so I don't think I need to diet!
I'm wary of diets - any kind of diet - cos I had a bit of a problem when I was a teenager. When I was 15 I just stopped eating and lost a lot of weight. I was seriously ill as a result and almost ended up being hospitalised.
It's not something to be messed with.
You shouldn't diet as a teenager unless you are seriously obese IMO.
