Maxs' landlady.

I don't know her name...but the lady that played Maxs' landlady gives me more laughs per minute (lpm) than the entire show! When she says something to Max...and then bursts out laughing with that face of hers, I wanna fall right of the couch!! :lol:

How many episodes was she involved in?

She's a VERY funny lady...also played a waitress in 'The Odd Couple'. And a great line..."you gimme a bite, I can't write!" :lol:
