I think the way she acted in the video at her son's grave was really inappropriate.It makes me wonder what kind of mind she has to be able to act that way after the death of her children.If anyone has seen the video post your opinion.

I've seen that video. Indeed, it seemed inappropriate (and not the way someone would typically do while coping such a horrible tragedy). However, it doesn't necessarily prove one's guilt. So, as improper as Darlie's behavior was in the footage, I say that the video was prejudicial. In addition, that piece of evidence was more circumstantial than direct.

I don't really know if I think she is guilty.I wouldn't say she is guilty because of that video.I would need to see all the evidence,that means for her and against her.If she's innocent well she should be set free.I don't think the video should have been part of the evidence against her.I guess me being a mother I am really discussed that another mother could act the way she did in that video.

I concur. Plus, I think it was a desperate attempt on the state's part to denigrate her. And as I mentioned earlier, the video was evidently prejudicial.
