It's not all that bad. It fits in to the catagory of "different". I like the way they have the characters tell their stories of "how it happened" as they saw it. The characters are also "likeable" yet they're not incredibly attractive as they would be on your run of the mill, cookie cut, broadcast network sitcom (yawn).

The show is alright, I havent watched it once this season but the first season was alright, it is a different show--if it has a third season that should be interesting to watch

I don't think it stinks. I haven't given it much of a chance but it is amusing at times and the main characters are likeable.
Hopefully it will get better and suck me into watching it.
Donal Logue (Sean)was good in the movie "The Tao of Steve."
That's why I have checked this show out a couple times.

I've changed my mind of this show. I watched it last week and it was a very funny episode. If they keep writing episode like that I'll tune in.

You guys are nuts! This show is hilarious! I don't know what happened to it though, as it's never on lately! This show is so addictive! If anyone ever saw the episode where the daughter and her friend take out the family car for a ride, and after watching it can say they didn't find it hilarious, have to find a sense of humor! I never laughed so hard at any episode from any sitcom!
I really hope this show hasn't been cancelled! If it has, what a shame! :(

This show is horrible! The only reason it has okay ratings on WB is because it's after Reba..

Really? The only reason I watch Reba is because it's before Grounded for Life!

I have to agree with you. It has its moments and I'm glad it isn't anything predictable.
If you like this show, check out "Two and a Half Men".

Just recently started watching it again. The writing has gotten back to where it used to be and I find it a pretty decent show. I think Uncle Eddie is the funniest character on the show. This past Friday is was an hour show and was good all the way through. Next Friday is also an hour long.

Uncle Eddie is great. I just wish Grandpa Walt would be on more.

I've heard of it before, but I've never seen it. I've haven't even ever seen previews of it. Is it on reruns anymore?
Should I start watching it?

What's the show about? Its about a family. You have a mom and a dad who's a bit of a goof. Their's 3 kids. The girls going out with the nextdoor neighbor's boy. He's sort of a dork. Then you got Uncle Eddie. He's sort of sleazy. It's hard to explain. It's from the same producers who do That 70's Show. Hopefully when it goes into reruns it will get more fans.

What's the show about? That's not the important thing. It's the additude; the writing, the way the characters react(over-react) to things. reminds me of Seinfeld: a show said to be about nothing. So the writers were free to go nuts!
Grounded for Life may be my favorite show in the last 5 years.... since Seinfeld ended.
Should I start watching it?Everyone should check it out. It didn't do well because people didn't check it out: it wasn't on a major network, no big stars, got moved around.
Will and Grace Fanatic: "I have to say Fox has gone down to an all time low this show really stinks. "
Jordan: "I couldn't agree with you more!"So Jordan, since "Will and Grace Fanatic" judged too quickly, or didn't watch in the right frame of mind, perhaps the same is true of you.

I didn't start watching it until it came to ABC family. I like the way a lot of the story lines go back in time to see what happenend. I liked the relationship between Lilly and Brad. It was so cute how she dated the dork.
