meet her father, like face to face?

:( no she never did unless sometime after the series ended she did but we will probably never find out

In the last episode he came to earth, but he was just a black sillouette....there was never a second part....unless it was a movie or something

From what I hear, there is a lost episode that never aired in the US. In that episode Evie does meet her father face to face. It is a second part of the last episode aired which was Evie's 18th birthday. As far as the US episodes, Evie does not meet her father. In the first season, Evie's dad does comes earth, which is the episode when Donna see's Troy when walking into a closet full of smoke at Evie's school, but he is never seen. Also in the last US episode when he comes down as a black sillouette image.
