The Opening:The words “This is Lucille Ball” appear on screen with a heart around it and then we see an animated Lucy and Gale Gordan.Now we see the heart spinning around so we can see Lucy and Gordan on their wedding day ala a picture on a small,round table in their living room.We then see the NYC skylight where Gale comes out of a building waving to the camera as if he saw an old friend.We see Gale’s credits.Then Gale walks into the Nerly’s apartment.Caroll is sitting in his chair and hands a Gale a beer.We see Caroll’s credit.Vivian walks in and makes an “Oh Rob!” face.We see Vivian’s credit.Then we see Florence and Dick’s credits and last but not least Lucy walks into the aparment and we see her credit “And starring Lucille Ball as Lucy Mcnillis”.Then the heart spins so we can see the animated Lucy and Gale again and then the screen goes black.

(Gordan is in his room picking out a tie)

Gordan:Oh Lucy can you come in to help me pick out a tie?

Lucy:Why can’t you just do it yourself?

Gordan:Because!

Lucy:Because what? (The door bell rings) Hold that thought! (Lucy goes to the door and opens it.It’s Rick,Flo and Carol)Rick!,Flo!,Carol! Yippy!

Gordan:Who is it Lucy?

Lucy:It’s your brother

Gordan:Tell him I’m not here

Rick:Hi brother Gordan
Gordan:I’m not Gordan! He’s dead!

Rick:Gordan I know it’s you

Gordan:Ah damn!

Lucy:What’s with the packages?

Flo:Lucy Rick told you didn’t he? (Turns to Rick) Didn’t you?

Rick:Well no

Flo:NO?

Rick:Well……….

Gordan:Tell us what?

Rick:I lost my job so we’re broke and moving in here with you

Gordan:WHAT?

Lucy:Oh yeah you did tell me

Gordan:LUCY! You got some Splainin’ to do!

Lucy:Your not Cuban!

(James is in his chair and Irma Jo is in the kitchen at their apartment)

James:Damn Gordan! You have it rough!

Gordan:Yeah! I know!

Irma Jo:So Gordan how long will they be with you? (Trips over herself and breaks a few dishes)

Gordan:I don’t know but I hope not TOO long!

James:How about they live with me and Irma Jo lives with you?

Irma:JAMES! Do me a favor and…………..(Trips over herself and breaks a few dishes) Shut up!

(Lucy and Flo are at the apartment.Carol made a tent out of Tiolet Paper,Chairs and sheets)

Flo:Oh Lucy I don’t know WHAT to do! I KNOW you and Gordan don’t want us!

Lucy:Don’t be silly Flo! We want you! Well I want you

Flo:I just wish we had a way to get Gordan to want us

Lucy:I have a way (Whispers into Flo’s ear)

(A few hours later.Gordan walks in with his suitcase and trips over a piece of toilet paper that reads “Let Rick and Flo stay”)

Gordan:LUCY!

Lucy:So can they stay?

Gordan:I already PLANNED for them to stay!

Lucy:YAY!

Gordan:But now no!

Lucy:GORDAN!

Flo:That’s ok Lucy

Rick:Yeah we can go

Gordan:What the HELL am I doing? Your family!

Lucy:Oh I KNEW you’d say yes! (Hugs Gordan)

Gordan:Your only family by marriage! Outside with you! (Points to the door)

Lucy:OH GORDAN! (Leaves)
