Anyone can read this post. I've just noticed that a lot of you are from MA, and just wanted to know where everyone else is from. I'm from Western CO, and if you think Massachussets is boring, you should try this place! I used to live in Chicago, so no further explanation why I think this place is so boring. Anyway, do you like your state?

Karli, Karli, Karli! What AM I going to do with you? Okay, Shays's Rebellion was in Springfield, MA. That rebellion showed that we needed a stronger national government! If it weren't for the rebellion in Springfield, we might still be stuck with the Articles of the Confederation!

All right, all right, I've thought up a list of good things about Massachusetts....
1. The New England Patriots won the Superbowl.
2. Boston supposedly has one of the best medical centers in the country, if not the world.
3. Wings and Cheers both take place in Massachusetts.
4. Cranberries come from Massachusetts.
5. The Berkshire Mountains are beautiful, at least I think so.
I got an E-mail about how you know you're from Massachusetts. I'll have to try and find it and post it.

I'll do my best to tell you about Boulder. Boulder is a great town and very unique. It's hard to describe the people who live there. It is a very eclectic town. Residents of Boulder love the outdoors and outdoor sports and activities. The open space parks are just minutes away. It sits at the base of the mountains and beautiful rock formations called the Flatirons. It also has a diverse cultural atmosphere and lots of arts, music etc. It's a college town, home to the University of Colorado, which attracts a lot of out-of-state students. And it is home to a lot of free spirits, and naturalist-type people. I'm guessing it has about 70,000 people. It's only thirty minutes from Denver. Well that's just a little bit of info. Let me know if there is anything else you want to know.
Here's a picture of the Flatirons:

Good old? How can you say that? Have you lost your mind?! *gags* This state SUCKS! I live in a little town by Lake Huron, Harbor Beach. Yeah, betcha haven't heard of it. The population's like 2,000. You can post all these wonderful pictures of the Great Lakes, but truth be told, they're not all that great. Now, I dunno about the other lakes but Lake Huron does NOT look like one of those fancy pics you see.
Gimme a break! You have to go out at least a mile to get up to your neck, its all dirty, with yucky sea weed and rocks at the bottom.
Harbor Beach is located on the eastern side of the "Thumb" of Michigan, the "Sunrise Side", on the shore of beautiful Lake Huron.
This hidden gem has everything you need for the perfect vacation; whether you're looking for water-sports, hunting, a romantic getaway, or a family vacation. The folks who reside here year-round think it's a great place to live, too!
 Now, that's the funniest thing I've ever heard! Yeah, and maybe they should ask all of the "folks" who live here year round what they think of it.. BTW, I just came to this site on HB, and it shows that singing rooster thing somebody has in their siggy.

I live in Georgia. It's not too bad, not too good either. I guess I could classify it in the middle. The worst thing about the state of Georgia is having a few people that have this holier than thou attitude. I'm better than you so that's why I ignore the little people. Ya know, that kind of attitude. It takes a lot of determination to live in Georgia without slapping a few people everyday.

People are always saying there aren't enough trees but in my opinion there ARE TOO MANY DERN TREES! I swear, I'd beat one up, but then I'd get arrested :( Oh well, I guess I'll just have to live with it :(
:bash: <----Me and a tree
Remember, trees are evil! Unless they're Mother Willow from "Pochantas", cause she's cool ;)

Hehe. Those state motto thingies are pretty funny. I like MA. :) My cousins from WI were amazed at how crazily everyone drives and how insane the roads etc. are. :D Um, hm, usually there is a list of states that annoy me, but I'm feeling patriotic what with July 4th approaching so I'll just say, "God Bless America!" (Oh, wait...am I being unconstitutional??) ;)
