what cheers star in the great bar has had the best film career,i actullay thought that shelley long had a pretty good one before the desion she made to leave cheers for awhile,but i did enjoy some of her later films,like the brady bunch movie and it,s sequal and even more freaky friday,but she has made some bad career chooses for awhile,but i think ted danson has also had some good films as well,afew bad career chooses,but not as many,i think woody haroldson has probably the best one out of all of them,rhea pearlman is allright, i liked her in sunset park aloti am not sure about the others,since i hahaven,t seen much of there work other then cheers thoguhtbut i would have to go with woody haroldson,i think he has been very clever in what he does do,,but i still say cheers is probably the best work most of them have done in there careers,cheers was probably their trademark i think,what do you think

Shelley Long has had the best film career out of all the Cheers cast members in my opinion. She has done a lot in her career (so far): Cheers, Disney Movies, Brady Bunch Movies, ect.

I think it's pretty obvious that Woody has had the best film career. If you are talking about quality in films, and who is most in demand today there is no comparison. From white men can't jump, to natural born killers, and of course when he was nominated for an oscar for the people vs Larry Flynt. And on and on and on.

i agree with ya all the way on that woody has probably had a fantastic career and even after all these years of being off cheers he still continues to make good films and he should keep it up

cool,i really liked him in the people vrs larry flynt alot,did you see that show and if you did what did you think of his work,i personally think that he should have won the oscar for it,but the oscars and the people on the board i guess that i can not be to surprized,they just don,t know any great shows or performances anymore,what happened to the days when the great actors and actresses and movies,sets,costumes,storys ect won,they just don,t seem to know anymore,well that is just my thoughts of course,but what do you think,do you think that woody should have won the oscar,i say we boycate the oscars,just kidding,but i still they they have gone done alot in the last 7 or 8 years thanks lol,p,s woody is also a very good actor along with the rest of them such as ted danson,shelley long,rhea perlman and the whole group of cheers stars,i hope he does get an award one day

i would also have to say that i think even though as well the runners up for having the best career would also have to be kirstie alley and ted danson has had a fairly good one to,but i can,t say that i like all of kirsties or as well even teds for that matter personally,but as far as being successful i would say that those to have made it really goodl,but it,s kind of sad that woody harorldson is the only one who has a great career going strong after cheers,since they are all a extremlly talented group of people,but i guess maybe they will get it back,maybe never as good as their glory days on cheers,however i do definitlly think sometime soon they will all have some great oppertunitys to shine again,i can predict that it will happen sometime soon,but it could even happen with this show reunion special coming up i really hope,but i guess maybe cheers was there biggest break but then they might get something else,allthough personally i don,t think they,ll ever get anything as good as cheers,but then again this is coming from a big cheers fan,but i still see this show as there best career choice and work honestlly even if they get bigger breaks,i hope cheers continues to be loved and respected alot,but i guess it might happen,LONG LIVE CHEERS! cheers LOL

i say ted..woody harrelson might of made 2 good movies but he didnt make too many after that, and thats bcuz of the obvious...ted made tons and hes scheduled to make another 1 in 2003..so u tell me,..

W/out a doubt, Woody had the best FILM career, but as far as acting outside the show is concerned, I think it was Bebe--she had incredible success on stage and moderate success in film.

overall, I'd have to say Woody. But in te past 5 years, Bebe's film credits have really increased. In this year alone, she appears in 3 different movies- How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days (which comes out tomorrow! *happy dance*), Le Divorce (due out in August) and The Big Bounce (due out in October I believe)
