FX has released the first trailer for "American Horror Story: Asylum" — and it's as creepy as ever.

With birds chirping and church bells ringing in the background, a nun appears in the frame and empties out a bucket filled with body parts before walking away.

"American Horror Story: Asylum": Second Promo Goes Inside the Asylum

"American Horror Story: Asylum" is upping the mystery.

The second teaser for the FX anthology series from Glee's Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk offers a look inside what appears to be a holding area of some sort inside the asylum.



The creepy white-clad nun is seen delivering a blue coat to someone but her white painted face isn't the most eerie part of the clip. While she's clearly there waiting and keeping an eye over an inmate (or something?) someone else clearly has their eyes on her.

The second clip comes just days after the first footage of the reset series was released that featured another, somewhat less creepy, nun disposing of buckets (buckets!) of body parts.

"American Horror Story" Launches Murder House App, 23rd Teaser

In anticipation of "American Horror Story's" Blu-ray and DVD debut on September 25th, a new "murder house" app has launched.

The app is an interactive exploration of famous murder houses in fans’ neighborhoods. The twist is that the first house to explore is actually theirs.

As the fan clicks on their house, the infamous "American Horror Story" house animates over the fan’s house, and then invites the user to explore the house. You can then explore the "American Horror Story" house or go back to discover other murder houses in their area.
