How about The Godfather Part II? It's over 3 hours long but my father says it's better than the first movie. It also got 4 stars.

Yes... I like it better then the first. But the third IMO is the best.

Anyways, I LOVED "Urban Legends: Final Cut"

and "The Rage: Carrie 2" <--- best movie

Eww, no!!! The first URBAN LEGEND was soo much better. :eek: :eek: Final cut was so stupid!!!

anyway, I dunno..all the Godfather movies are great, btw! I dunno of any sequels that were BETTER than the original, but some were equally as good. Back to the Future and BTTF 2 are both good. The third one was reallllllllly stupid though.

I think that both The Empire Strikes back and Return of the Jedi were better than Star Wars a New Hope.

Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade was better than Temple of Doom, but I'd say it's equal to Raiders of the Lost Ark.

I think Addams Family 2 was funnier than the first one, same with Father of the Bride 2.

Godfather Part 2 is the only sequal EVER to win the Oscar for Best Picture, so many people agree with that one!

As to Carrie 2, I don't think it would have been anything without Amy Irving. It was good, but mostly because it shadowed the original.

BTW, I heard Disney's planning a sequel to "Cinderella." Anyone know anything about this? I almost fainted when I heard. Doesn't sound like a good idea.

Well, my favorite "Star Wars" movie is "Return of the Jedi", so that beats out both of the movies before it. Even though 'Empire Strikes' and 'New Hope' were just great too.

I'd say that the "Temple of Doom" and "The Last Crusade" installments of "Indiana Jones" were better then "Raiders of the Lost Ark"...I like the cast in all three movies, but something about 'Raiders' just doesn't click lol...I can't follow it's story line very well. And the Last Crusade is VERY underated IMO

And I sorta like "Austin Powers 2" better then the first one..they were both hilarius tho.

And no! Not another sequel movie! I just saw a promo for "Peter Pan 2" and it doesn't seem very good..it has more modern humor instead of the humor of the era that the original was made in. Oh well lol

I like horror movies so.....Evil Dead 2 was better than Evil Dead. And Nightmare on Elm Street 3 was the best,then 4 then #1.Brady 1 and 2 were both equally good.

I think Die Hard 2 was better than Die Hard just cuz of a few lines that were said by Holly McClane on the plane. Here's the scenario: this guy...his name was richard but was called Dick for short....this guy was leaning over Holly to look out the window. at this point in the movie Holly was getting really annoyed and said: Listen Dick... that is your name right? DICK! if you're gonna continue to get this close to me u might wanna consider using a different after shave. she said other stuff but y'know.

Its funnier when you see it tho.
