Thomas Lennon to Guest on "How I Met Your Mother"

For those excited that Ted and Victoria ran off together on the day of her wedding, get ready to meet the man she left behind!
According to Entertainment Weekly, Thomas Lennon has been cast as Klaus, the husband-to-be that Victoria (Ashley Williams) left at the altar for Ted (Josh Radnor) on "How I Met Your Mother".
The season premiere will see Ted making Victoria turn around to leave Klaus a "Dear John" letter. "Leaving a letter is just Runaway Bride 101," executive producer Craig Thomas recently told TVGuide.com.
"And Ted Mosby is a man with a lot of heart and a lot of conscience, and he was left at the altar too ... It ends with something unexpected. Ted and Victoria's story ends in what I hope is a shocking twist."
Season 8 of "How I Met Your Mother" premieres Monday, Sept. 24 at 8/7c on CBS.
The "How I Met Your Mother" soundtrack, featuring original songs from the show, will be released on iTunes on the same day.
