FOX has canceled Jonah Hill's animated series "Allen Gregory".

FOX President of Entertainment, Kevin Reilly, confirmed the news that the Freshman animated series would not be returning for a second season at the 2012 Television Critics Association winter press tour in Los Angeles.

The ratings for "Allen Gregory" had been falling for four weeks in a row, only managing to average a 1.5 in the 18-49 demo.

I can't remember the last time I hated a show so much. Good Lord, was this offensive, not only because of it's content but more because of it's nasty tone and absolutely unlikeable characters.

Good riddance.

It wasn't funny and neither was the subject matter. Imo it is something being shoved down our throats and it has gotten old fast.
