Another (and another) last name for Ginger?

I was watching Bentley vs. The Girl Scouts today and thought I heard Miss Hesselworth address Ginger as "Cadet Sebastian." Geez, I said to myself, there's a 4th last name of hers. But then later she was addressed as "Cadet Grabowski!" Three last names in five years is one thing, but another two in a single episode? Did anybody else hear what I heard?

It appears to me that in this episode ,the second of the series, Bernadette Withers is not playing Ginger, but a different character. This was her first appearance on this series.
I thought when I began watching this episode, that it might be how Kelly first met Ginger, but it turns out, that she's playing a whole different but similar character, that being "Scout Grabowski"

Could be that right away the writers and producers noticed Bernadette great comedic skills, that they thought "There's our Ginger".
So three episodes later "Bentley and The Aunts" she became Ginger.
But you're right. Ginger's last name and parents DID change from year to year with no explanation.
It's not ucommon for some shows to try out an actor or actress in a guest starring role, before bringing them back as a different character on a regular basis. On Bewitched for example, Paul Lynde, Alice Ghostley, and Bernard Fox ALL guested in supporting one shot MORTAL roles, before returning later to the series as, their regular witch and warlock characters.
So that's probably what happened with Ms. Withers
