A great deal although , I missed the boat for it. I spent between $30-35 for each of the three seasons already. But I don't mind. I wanted my Patty and got them right when they rolled out. (Anyways it's more like $21 a season since I bought S#3 with a gift certificate!)

Yes, 13.99 is a steal. A few months ago I bought it on sale for 20.99 and that was a good price. I waited for years for the price to come down. I was not willing to pay $30.00+ for each season.

I bought Dennis the menace season 1 at the discounted price of 20.99, when it was first released. I figured that it would not come down much in price at all, since it was already reasonably priced at the beginning. Well, about a month or so after it was released, Amazon had it for $15.00 and some change! I am waiting for season 2 to drop in price.

You never know, sometimes you want to grab a sale DVD, as you never know if or when it would be on sale again. The sale price could be better or worse in the future. Many times if you are patient and willing to wait you can really get a good deal.

Not having seen the show before I purchased season 2 at this price and watched the first episode last night. Enjoyable. I like Richard. One thing I noticed though, is that they seem to have the double of Cathy sat with her back to the camera and often in her close ups she is often without anyone around her. YOu have a wide shot with loads of people and than Cathy on her own. Cheap but a little jarring. The split screen work I have seen so far looks good though.
