Man, woman commit suicide rather than him going to jail

Can someone help me with the names in this case? A man was convicted of murder (not first degree I don't think but he killed someone after some type of road rage incident.) After he was convicted he and his wife disappeared and it was speculated they committed suicide by jumping off a bridge. (Their car was found on the bridge.) I think they later found some remains of the woman. They had made a double suicide pact rather than him going to jail.

That would the case of Adam and Elena Emery. Since Adam's remains have never been found, he's still officially listed as a wanted fugitive. Here's a thread with more info:
