Can Ashton Kutcher work well in a Two 1/2 Men reboot? If so, can it continue for another few years like Cheers did after Shelley Long departed? Will it sink like a stone like after John Ritter passed away on 8 Simple Rules for Dating My Teenage Daughter?

I never could get into this show, but I think Ashton will be a good addition. I may even check it out when his episodes start appearing. As for 8 Simple Rules, I am still convinced that David Spade ruined that show. He was a really bad pick for a new character.

8 Simple Rules never sank like a stone. In fact, it lasted two more years after John passed. It could have came back for a fourth season, as its ratings were good enough on a Friday night.
