"Jersey Shore" Cast Gets a Six-Figure Pay Day

As if going to Italy to drink and party isn't enough, the cast of "Jersey Shore" has gotten a six-figure raise, Entertainment Weekly reports.
Snooki & Co. will each earn at least $100,000 for the Italy-bound fourth season of the show. To put things in perspective, their Season 2 contract negotiations reeled them $10,000 per episode.
Chris Linn, MTV executive vice president of programming and head of production, told TVGuide.com on Wednesday that the cast's Season 4 deals were done and that production is set to begin later this month or early May.
The raises cap a big week for the cast, as MTV ordered two spin-offs for Pauly D, and Snooki and JWoww.
