I'm kind of bummed they are getting rid of Old Christine at 6pm. I've been watching the 6pm epsode right before ABC World News. :/

And why would they not just make 10am HIMYM too? What's the point of one and a half hours of Old Christine and a half hour of HIMYM?

Think they can only play Old Christine four times a day. Mother is 4, too, but I think the morning airing is just an encore so they likely can have more than 4 airings for that. Both are under-performing, that's why they are removed from 6-8pm.

Pavan, do you think it has anything to do with both being on the wrong network? Maybe both would've performed better on a network like TBS?

Wow I just found this website/forum post by googling Frasier + Lifetime because I was wondering why my DVR was showing such a lack of to be recorded episodes of Frasier next week.

I really can't believe Lifetime is removing Frasier. I've been getting my Frasier fix every day for the past year+ on Lifetime. It was perfect because they showed 4 episodes and each hour block was showing a different season at a time so it never got old.

This is a mistake on Lifetime's part IMO. I know plenty of people who Lifetime FOR Frasier like myself. I'm going to actually contact them about this because it sucks. There's no other channel on that shows Frasier every weekday. In fact the only other channel I know of is a local channel that shows one episode once a week at 1 AM. =\

Although if it's true Frasier is coming to the Hallmark channel in April then I won't have to go without my Frasier fix for too long thankfully.

Welcome Hippaul. Local stations will lose Frasier as well after this week. It is expiring nationally and won't be available in main syndication any longer (after three cycles I think, since 1997). Stations can buy it separately still.

As for cable, yes, it will be back in a new deal on Hallmark starting April 4. Weeknights from 9-11pm.

Why is Lifetime airing shows that air on History Channel? I only watch Lifetime for the reruns of REBA and now its only on at a reasonable time, two days a week. What is up with that?

Why don't they air movies on Saturday and other series on Sunday and leave the weekdays for repeats of Reba, etc?

Lifetime and History are owned by A&E TV Networks.

I guess that makes sense, but wouldn't most people already see Pawn Stars and American Pickers on HISTORY?

I registered to also voice my dismay at learning that Frasier will not be shown anymore on Lifetime. It's literally the only thing I watched on that network. Like Hippaul, I would like to send an email just to let them know that I think it's a bad move. I too watch Frasier pretty much every night before going to sleep.

I'm just glad Hallmark will be taking it in April.

What a bummer month this will be, though, lol.

I'm really disappointed to Fraiser is no longer on lifetime. I really hope hallmark saw the success Fraiser had at the 12am spot on lifetime.

Yep agreed. I know I'm not the only one who would watch Frasier at 12 AM and 12:30 most nights before going to bed. Plus I had my DVR set to record the two episodes on at 9 and 9:30 each morning as well.

I actually did send an email to Lifetime and I'd urge you others to do the same. That's the only way they'll know people are upset by it being gone. While I'm glad it's coming on Hallmark next month, it won't be the same. Hallmark is only going to air it twice a day 4 times a week while Lifetime aired 4 episodes a day 5 times a week. I don't watch many TV shows so 4 episodes of Frasier a day wasn't too much for me at all and I will miss it for sure.

I also worry about it being censored on Hallmark. I know Frasier isn't a show that you would think could even be censored, but Cheers isn't either yet Hallmark censors it too. Even at 2:00 AM when Cheers is on Hallmark censors words like ass, slut, and bitch. The funniest word I noticed they censor is hell. It blows my mind that hell is a word to be censored. You'd think if it was okay to be spoken on a network in the 80s then it would be fine by todays standards. I can't even imagine what All in the Family would be like if it was shown on Hallmark, lol.

Although Lifetime also censored Frasier it was only one episode and they'd cut out the first 4 minutes of it completely to censor it. If you're curious which episode Lifetime censored, it's "The Two Hundredth". In this episode they cut out the first 4-5 minutes of the beginning with Bill Gates as a guest star because Roz says tons of cuss words which are bleeped out intentionally, but I guess that's too risque.

Anyways I've gone on long enough. It's going to be quite a long month without my Frasier episodes to watch, just like Drezin said!

I'm really sad and disappointed to Fraiser is no longer on lifetime.

For a while there I was in Frasier heaven . . . 3 episodes back to back to back at night!

I miss those days : (

Please bring back Frasier . . . at least 1 episode a day . . .

Just so you know, It appears Hallmark is indeed showing 4 episodes every day now of Frasier so that's good. Theres 4 on in the morning, and I'm pretty certain I noticed they rerun the same 4 that were on in the morning late at night as well for those who missed the early ones.

I'm done with Frasier so I'm not really that excited to see it on Hallmark. In return I wish that Lifetime would bring back a few of the shows that they used to have on Real Women. For example, I haven't seen Caroline and the City since at least late 2005.
