Hey- Thanks, and no prob; I caught that info by accident when I did a search at tvguide.com to see which eps of Jeannie are playing these days. You'll learn a lot from Ms. Eden's biography- she is a very inspirational person.

Yea- I "celebrated" my achivement of 1,000 posts with a couple of my e-mail pals :)

BTW, I noticed that my library carries a book titled "Dreaming of Jeannie : TV's prime time in a bottle" (text by Steve Cox ; photographs, Howard Frank Archives). I don't know if you have already heard of this book. You might want to see if your local libary carries it, and if it doesn't, perhaps you can borrow it through inter-library loan. I might check it out one of these days!

This is off-topic, but I misspelled "achievement" above (typo).

Yikes, I wonder how many typos will show up in my thesis that I didn't see!

Yeah I made a huge typo one time on a report on the role of women in World War II. The title was supposed to be"A Time Not Forgotten" and I wrote "A Time Forgotten" and my last paragraph was all about how no one who was there could every forget what happened and stuff like that. My teacher was like your title is "A Time Forgotten" and this entire paragraph is about how it hasn't been forgotten. I explained it to her and I still got an A.

That's interesting, and actually kind of amusing.

Actually, I'm not worried about my grade; it's the fact that this will go on my permanent record. No one will hold it against me if there are a couple of typos, but I just want it to look good. If I'm lucky, it might even get published!

Well, I'll get back to what I should be doing. I'm working on the very final revisions right now.

Talk to ya later, and be sure to get your daily dose of IDOJ. :)
