WB owns the series and they don't look too interested.

I would like to see it released. I haven't seen the episodes since the show went off the air, so I'd be very interested in seeing it again. From what I recall, I think the show as a whole was a better show than the final three seasons of Andy's show.

I like Mayberry R.F.D. much more than Andy Griffith. I would probably buy Mayberry R.F.D. if it comes out on DVD. Pretty good show, and Arlene Golonka is very cute. :)

I haven't seen it for awhile, since ME-TV stopped running it in the last year or two. I had a bunch of TVLAND version reruns of it taped on VHS, but I might as well have them on old kinescopes, as my last VCR conked out not long after Hurricane Katrina!
I would LOVE to see this one on DVD and would snap it up in a heartbeat, provided it was a quality issue with unedited episodes. :happyface

I got my complete set on iOffer.com so it will hold me over until they decide to release the series.

They should have included the first episode of R.F.D. on the final AGS release, because of Andy & Helen's wedding and Barney is back, to be Andy's best man. This pretty much served as The Andy Griffith Show Finale.
