I went to my hairdresser's house to wash my hair, and her 5 year old granddaughter had homework to do, so my hairdresser told me to go help her with her homework. WTF? I'm there to go wash my hair and leave, not help her granddaughter with her homework. What's worse, is that the granddaughter's uncle was at home and could have easily been asked to help with the homework. Why the hell would you TELL your client to help with your grandaughter's homework, when her UNCLE is just chilling around?

Next time she asks for her tip after cutting your hair, say you thought helping her daughter with her homework was her tip.;)

LOl.... But still, you've gotta admit, that was rude for her to tell me to go help her granddaughter with her homework, when her uncle was there, just chilling around.....

It was nervy to ask who ever was there. It should be the grandma or mothers responsibility to help the girl not the client.

I would have helped the 5 year old just to show I am smarter than a 5 year old
What kind of homework does a kindergartner have anyway. All I remember up to the 3rd grade is nap time and the pretty teacher reading Peter Cottontail.

You have two legs, should have used them to skeedaddle out of there and tell her you're taking your business elsewhere

give her all ridiculous crazy answers that send her to the school psychologist.

you won't be asked to help again, believe me.

That's kind of obnoxious. How long have you know this person?

I kinda feel the same way with my Old Man....

I have to work with him today, even though I said "No", he kept insisting on working with him so I gave up and the worst thing about it is...I'll be working on my boss' driveway. My Old Man STILL finds a way to take advantage of me, though I don't live at home!

I think moving out was a HUGE mistake!

I've known my hairdresser for about 14 years.

Maybe she just assumed you guys were close enough that it wouldn't be a big deal for you to help her granddaughter. Maybe you should take it as a form of flattery.
