Now entering its record-annihilating 22nd season on Fox, "The Simpsons" has won 25 Emmy awards, has been the subject of a smash feature film in 2007, and has inspired an awesome ride at Universal Studios -- and Homer Simpson was just named the greatest television character of the last 20 years by Entertainment Weekly.

-- For the Christmas special in 2011 (yes, they plan that far ahead) we'll see Homer and Marge 30 years in the future as empty nesters, with Bart, Lisa and Maggie bringing their own kids over for Christmas.







-- This year's Christmas special will see the Simpsons as we've never seen them before -- in puppet form!







-- This year's Treehouse of Horror will feature a spoof of "The Office" with Frankenstein, The Mummy and a witch at Dunder Mifflin.
