No Jamie Lee Curtis? Wow, I'm surprised!
Haha, and what about Rob Zombie's wife, Sheri Moon? Her ass is shakin' it in all of his movies! ;)

Yeah, I would replace Bigelow and Meyer with a few of those above names.

Don't get me wrong I like Near Dark. But I can guarantee if Bigelow hadn't directed The Hurt Locker she wouldn't have been listed. Near Dark is only one thing she has done in horror, and it's not like it changed the face of vampire movies...sadly though it looks like Meyer's sparkling vampires are influencing things...ugh.

Which we really didn't get to see in this movie.
I believe it didn't do that great in the box office when word got out that you wouldn't be seeing Fox naked. You don't advertise a movie based on sex appeal and then not show anything.

The title should have been "You Won't Be Seeing Jennifer's Body"

heh.. then the box office intake would have been $0.00
The only crowd the movie attracted were guys wanting to see Fox naked and the artsy-fartsy Diablo Cody crowd looking for the next Juno.
When both crowds were disappointed it was :thumbsdow from there.

Where are Elsa Lanchester (The Bride of Frankenstein), Janet Leigh
(Psycho), Tippi Hedrin (The Birds, and Cassandra Peterson (Elvira, Mistress of the Dark)? Not to mention Yvonne DeCarlo ("Lily
Munster") and Carolyn Jones ("Morticia Addams").
