TV Casting: Alan Cumming Made Series Regular on "Good Wife"

Good news for Alan Cumming: The Tony-winning actor has reportedly been promoted to series regular on the hit CBS drama "The Good Wife", in which he currently plays Peter's (Chris Noth) image fixer-upper, Eli Gold.
The switch will reportedly go into effect in season 2.
Meanwhile, Cumming was also just cast as Gutsy Smurf in the big screen adaptation of "The Smurfs", starring Neil Patrick Harris. [Ausiello Files]
