joe flynn. he played mr. kelly, dave's boss at the law firm- dobson and kelly...later to be dobson kelly and nelson.

Ozzie must have had mixed feelings when Dave became a partner in the law firm, he was proud but he accomplished nothing in his life by hanging around the house.
