My computer has been down for 2 days, so it's a relief to have it back up and running.
I'm also still on cloud nine from Thursday night. Martina McBride actually cared enough about the tweets I sent her to put this song back in the set list:

Janice

I have a walk-in closet that's been overloaded with clothes, shoes, coats, etc. The majority of it was my corporate wardrobe. Dress and pant suits, dresses, shoes in every style and color, scarves, about 20 blazers, on and on. These clothes are classic, and never go out of style. I finally realized that era of my life was over, and I'm never going to work again.
This past week, I got rid of about 3/4 of my wardrobe, and I have three trash bags filled. There's a charity that gives business clothes to woman who are starting over in life and are either entering or re-entering the workplace. Many of these women have been abused.
To reward myself, I bought a load of new casual clothes for myself. Five pairs of casual shoes, a ton of cool PJs and slippers, casual tops, shorts and pants. Mostly online shopping.

That's great Michael. Congrats! You're really knocking it out of the park. I have such a phobia for numbers. I'm proud of myself for doing our taxes last week, using Turbo Tax. It's easy with so many checkpoints that make it almost impossile to screw up. We usually pay H&R Block $250, so paying $70 was great; as was getting $1,000 back. I'm sorry I made this about me. What I meant to say was that I really appreciate your success because I'm so bad with anything even resembling numbers.

Thanks, Janice! That's great that you were able to do it yourself and save so much money. When I took a tax class last year we used a similar program to calculate the returns for various organizations (corporations, partnerships, sole proprietorships), and it made it really simple.
The presentation we had to do was to go to an actual organization and present to them a new paid time off policy. It was nerve-wracking, but it ended up going well.

So, today is 3 weeks ago that I had my breast reduction. I went in for my 3-week follow-up visit with my surgeon today... When he operated on me, he used dissolving sutures under the skin, and steri-strips on my chest itself. If you don't know what steri-strips look like, they look like this (http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2002/2439899684_5289897aa3.jpg) (work-safe, it's just a picture of someone's ankle with steri-strips on it). Little pieces of white tape that holds an incision wound together so it can heal. It's a great alternative to external sutures. Anyway, I had the steri-strips removed today and OMG THAT FELT SO NICE. Because of the way I had to be operated on, they had to be positioned as high as they could, for maximum healing. Which has been really obnoxious and annoying for the past 3 weeks... No washing them directly or getting them wet, things like that.
Now that the stupid buggers are gone, I can shower and bathe again and REALLY wash them! OMG what a nice feeling. :D Oh, and I can vacuum again and pick up my fat-ass ~15ish pound cat again.

Wow, that's just wonderful, Michael! I know you've worked very hard towards your goal, and you reached it, probably with a 4.0 GPA. I know you were getting fantastic grades. Will you participate in the graduation ceremony next year or will they have a separate one now? Also, I remember you said you were working. Will you stay there or is it time to pound the pavement? Sorry for all the questions. I'm just so happy for you.
Congratulations!!

Thanks, Janice! It means a lot. Lol, not quite a 4.0, but my final grad GPA should be near 3.6. Sunday actually was the ceremony. They have a ceremony in December for Fall graduates and another in May for Winter/Spring graduates. I didn't go to my undergrad ceremony so it was nice to go to the Master's one. I'm actually not working right now, but I will start looking for a job soon. It will have to be a job that will give me qualifying CPA experience. You need one year of qualifying experience, 150 credit hours of education (which I have), and the passing of all four sections of the CPA exam to become licensed in Michigan. I plan to sit for the first section in February, so next month will be spent doing a ton of studying. I interviewed with one of the Big Four accounting firms this Fall. Unfortunately, I didn't get the job, but it was an honor being selected to interview with them. Thanks, again!

I had the dreaded mammogram on Monday. I stressed about it for weeks. They told me to expect a letter with the results within the week. I got the letter earlier today. I was too afraid to open it. This is how I am with medical tests. My husband was on my case all day to open it. Finally, I went in the shower. I stepped out to him reading it outside the bathroom door.
"We are pleased to inform you that the results of your recent mammography examination are NORMAL......"

I used to see Bob Seger his Silver Bullet Band all the time back in the early 80s, even earlier, now that I think of it. I was obsessed with his music. I swear I know every note, every lyric, every thing about his early music. Great musician, songwriter, and I'm glad to hear he's still going strong.

The show was Tuesday night, and it was awesome. Bob & the Silver Bullet Band did not disappoint. He recently turned 66, but that didn't stop him from putting on a high energy 2+ hour show with 25 songs. People like him show that age is just a number.

That's great, Michael. I'm glad you got your money's worth and that Seger and his band are still great performers. Some older performers have a tendency to phone it in. They think that just being in their presence is worth the (expensive) price of a ticket. That's incredible they they played 25 songs. I just love that Beautiful Loser and Turn the Page era of his career. :)

I've had that a few times. One time I turned over the wrong way in my sleep and it took me 2 hours just to turn around the other way so I could attempt to get up. This time it was completely different. Usually once I am up, I can walk. It's always the getting up and down that hurts. But this time I could hardly walk. I'd be okay for about a minute and then I would have to sit down because the pain was too much. The pain didn't really hurt as long as I was sitting down. I had a hard time sleeping too. A couple times I slept in the chair.

This day has gotten off to an amazing start for me. Went for a 3:00 am walk, and God revealed something to me that Iv'e been desperate to know ever since I was a young lad. It's a miracle, and I'm about to break down in tears of joy. I'm the luckiest guy in the world. So much to be thankful for. Amazing friends, an amazing family, and most importantely, an amazing God. Not once have You ever failed me Lord, not once. I'm 100% serious. Whenever I do right, and turn from my sins, I become blessed 100 fold, and in ways that most people would never be able to imagine. Everytime God was there, and fulfilled every single promise He ever gave in the Bible. EVERYTHING He said in the Bible is EXACTLY as God said it would be, no exaggeration. I have hope, and known now that today is the start of my new life. That's what God told me on my early morning walk, and at that very moment, I was filled with an indescribable peace. The first half of my life was rough, to put it mildly, but it was all for a reason, all for this moment! My new life will be filled with unfailing love, hope, humbleness, joy, peace, mercy, compassion, forgiveness, pure heartedness, and every other wonderful thing that You declared through Your Word. Thank you Lord for your incredible mercy. I gave up on you, but You NEVER gave up on me!!! When I fell into the bottomless pit, You held out your hand, and pulled me out. There's no way to get out of that bottomless pit, except through You Lord!! Faith the size of a mustard seed cab move mountains. You pulled me back up onto my feet, when my legs gave out on me, Now I stand firm, and steady. You have given me the best three months that Iv'e ever had in my life. So nice to be able to say good, or great when people ask how I'm doing. never had that before, but for everyday in these last three months, not one day has passed, where I didn't say great, or good!!! I will be that Prodigal Son that Iv'e always yearned to be, but never thought I would. I didn't understand the quasi modo thing, but you revealed it to me two days ago. Told my family, and my therapist that I didn't understand what it meant, but two days ago, you showed me beyond the shadow of a doubt what that meant. Another one of the greatest moments of my life. Today is a new day, and all former things are passed. I love you my King, I love you more than life itself, and will exalt your beautiful name every single day of my life, and for all eternity when I finally meet You, and give you that hug that I've been yearning for my entire life!!! Without you Lord, life is really death, and through you, death becomes life. Can't wait to see what you have in store for me for the rest of my life! THANK YOU LORD Jesus, THANK YOU!!!!!!! :)

Not so wild. I've been in my hotel room since about 5pm with a trip to the CVS that is blocks away that took me forever to find because I'm still trying to memorize the Manhattan street grid layout (gimme a break, last time I was here was 5 years ago! ). I did, however, finally meet up with a SOer here and I'm trying to iron out details to meet up with TJL.

I got a job today!!! I'm so happy. Pretty much spent the whole day working. This morning I prayed to God and asked Him how I was going to be able to make money to help more to pay bills. Less than an hour later, I got a job offer, and frankly, I wasn't even looking for a job. I probably will be around less, but first thing is first, and this will help my family greatly. I'm the luckiest guy in the world!! Thank You Lord!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

I made an ass out of myself a few days ago. What's new right?? lol Mom and I were at Safeway, and the workers were very nasty to her. She was almost in tears because they were so nasty. Those who know me, know that I can deal with almost anything, but when you mess with my mom, WOW, BIG MISTAKE. I lost total control telling them not to EVER speak to my mom in that manner again. I was shaking, and my fists were balled up. I literally went insane. They threatened to call security, and in response I said to them, real tough guys huh?? You can dish it out, but you sure can't take it. The good news, I was at 7-11 today, and the lady in front of me lost it when the guy asked her for a dollar for the magazine she was reading. The magazine is called busted, and lists every Portlander who has been arrested within the last week, listing their crime, as well as their photo. They told her that if she wasn't going to buy it, to put it down. She reacted very much like I did, and over a freakin magazine at that. Had someone disrespected her mom, WOW, dude would probably be dead. lol Anyway, God told me that He showed me that to see what a fool I made of myself, and I thanked Him profusely. Sometimes things like this happen to teach us a lesson. God made it clear that He forgave me, and wanted me to forgive myself. I don't regret for one second standing up for my mom, do regret however the way in which I handled it. I was way over the top, and WAY out of line. I make no excuses. I also thank you Lord for having Tracy, The wife of my best friend Preston there to witness the whole thing. Made me realize even further what an ass I made of myself, and I am soooo appreciative for it. Thank You. We are banned from Safeway now, and quite frankly, I deserve it. I just hope that my reaction opened up the workers eyes, and showed them that they have no right to treat people that way. Always try to find the positives from a bad situation. Thank you for teaching me the hard way Lord. Wouldn't have wanted you to handle it any other way. Thank you for forgiving me, and for opening the eyes of my heart my Holy Father. I will forgive, but will never forget. If I forget, I will leave myself open for this to happen again and again. Never forget, and this will never happen again. This is the first time Iv'e taken this approach, and the results have been phenomenal. iv'e definitely been humbled.

I just had a couple awesome thing's happen to me. I just heard from one of my best, and most dear childhood friends Andrea. She was one of the first girls I ever had a crush on as a kid. Anyway, we got together a few years ago, and had an amazing time catching up. Sadly, due to some circumstances beyond either of our control, we haven't been able to get together since. Tonight she got to me though, and we should be getting together within the next couple weeks. My new job has been a blessing in disguise, and thanks to it, I will be able to do something special for my homeless friend Troy's 43rd birthday today, and plan on going all out for my mom's 50th birthday which is tomorrow. Due to those two things, we have to postpone getting together for a week or so, but we will get together when we both have time, and when I have some extra money. Also heard from another childhood friend this morning named Michelle. Totally out of the blue, and was an incredible surprise hearing from her. As if that is not enough, I will also be getting together with one of my best childhood buddies growing up Sam. Got some awesome days on the horizon. Here's a picture of all three of them. In the first pic, Andrea's on the left, in the next, obviously, Michelle's on the left, and the third photo is Sam. I am beyond blessed, and beyond ecstatic. :)

John is a great guy, and is very understanding. We have an agreement that I can work at my own pace. I told him to pay me less than he use to, because I can't work at a fast pace at this point in time. I told him that I refuse to screw him over. I would never even think of doing that. It's minimum wage, but I sure ain't complaining. The damage I did over the course of four years will take much longer than 3 or 4 months to get over. Could barely even walk yesterday, and it took me five seconds just to get out of my chair. Everyone tells me that I move like a 70 or 80 year old man. I put in a few good hours though, and plan on working a half day today. Soon my strength will be back, and I'll be able to work full time, but in the meantime, I am just grateful to be able to work at my own pace. No worries, and no complaints!

Good weekend. Yesterday, my new stackable washer and dryer was delivered. I love it. The washer is SO big. I could fit eight towels in there. Not that I'd do that, lol, but it's just so deep. Today, I got my computer back after a week. It was at the Geek Squad. They reinstalled everything back to factory settings. It was a mess. Now, it's like brand new. I've been setting it up for a hours now. Good times. :)

I'm having a very nice day so far. Major drama going on in my household (What's new?), and in spite of it, I'm as calm as a cuccumber. Things just don't bother me much anymore. That's the good thing about drama, thickens your skin. Going to go put in a couple hours of work, and then maybe going to big bro and Melissa's to see Cyndel. I hope you all are having a good one too, and I hope you have an even better week ahead. :)

Ha ha ha, I wish!! That's her husband next to her. LUCKY DUDE for sure!!!
Btw, I knew her as Michele Hess, now she's Michele Mclain. It's funny because she was in my grade, but was better friends with my bro growing up. Even asked him to prom, but unfortunately he already had a date. Funny thing, now her and my bro rarely talk, and her and I are becoming great friends. Funny how things change people over the years.

she said she was in London on buisness, was in need of money and she was pleading for me to send her $200 (I didn't of course) when there are places that people in that situation can go to.
So that raised a red flag.
Then, she stopped mentioning that and started insisting that I send all this personal info. to a bank in Malasia and open an account there so she could claim an 18.5 million dollar inheratence her father had left her, and was insisting that nothing will happen and that I.D. theft"is B.S." (her exact words)
So that raised another red flag.
So I had a backround check run on her and noone with her name and age is living where she saidd she does.

I was rushed to the hospital by ambulance last night around midnight. I woke up and was unable to breathe for 3 to five seconds. Was gasping for air. This happened two or three times, before the ambulance arrived. I cried out to God, and said I don't want to die, and I'm not ready to die. I thought I was dying. Thought I was having a heart attack. Even with that though, yesterday was still the best day of my life. I went for a walk, and started playing that game we all played as a kid, I lay down, looked up, and tried to see shapes and stuff in the clouds. Boy did I ever get a show. lol The first thing I saw was a cross, then Jesus was hanging on the cross. Then the cloud would turn into a demon, then to an Angel, to many illuminati signs. I saw a plane several times crashing into a building right after I saw many of the illuminati signs. This went on for an hour, or an hour and a half It was the most amazing thing. It was wet outside, and so the ground was wet, but I was so focused and in awe of what God was showing me that I was oblivious to everything, and everyone around me. When I went inside, mom yelled at me because she was worried sick about me. before all this happened, I had one of the scariest moments of my life. This is like the worst of the worst, and amazingly, I went for a walk, and even though I felt like my life was over, and amazing peace came over me. That's when the clouds did their thing. My mom had been out searching for me, and was worried sick. So I understood her being so upset. When I told her what had happened, I started sobbing with tears of joy. She held on to me, and started sobbing herself. So much better than any laser light show I ever saw. My mom was scared and thought that I had taken drugs, or that I didn't take my meds. I calmly told her that I was great, and that I was happy, and full of the Holy Spirit. Nothing around me matter, I was almost in a trance, a wonderful trance. Last thing I saw in the clouds was a huge smiley face. I actually saw three or four smiley faces, but the last one eclipsed them all, and was bigger than all of them put together. I knew exactly what that was about too. I'm sure most of you have noticed, but in the nearly 10 years that I have been here, I probably end about 70 to 80 percent of my posts with a smiley face, sometimes two or three. As soon as I saw that last smile, I knew exactle what God was doing that for. I smiled back before going into my house for the night. THANK YOU LORD FOR GIVING ME THE GREATEST GIFT THAT I HAD EVER GOTTEN IN MY LIFE!!! :) :) :)

I started my P.T. again on thursday. Exercise is IMPORTANT for my condition, I was taking it at a local hospital but I could only go for a few months then do it at hhome for a while, then go back for a while, etc. since that's how Medicare works.
Now they have me doing aqua therapy (that means exercising in a pool) It' good-I haven't been in a pool in years. (and as a bonus, the preety therapists assistant goes in with me-but not in a bikini, damn it-she's in a one piece suit. Oh well)

i had a wonderful day yesterday. i was very sick physically, but still would give it an 8 or 9. Went upstairs at 3:00am to get some dinner. Instead i ran into this tall 6"8 good looking dude with huge feet who was really cool. He saved Carl down at the river after my mom couldn't find him. Also supplied last nights dinner, some salmon that he caught. Got a chunk next to me right now. Delicious!
He was into the illuminati, and is the first person who iv'e come across who genuinely was interested in my thoughts and experiences with the subject. Mom had been talking to him for hours about me, and my experiences with the illuminati. Anyway, this dude was smart. Knew all the science, and technicalities of the illuminati, and this corrupt world. i was amazed at his knowledge, truly. Anyway, i told him some stuff that amazed him, as he did me. We talked for about two hours before i went downstairs, and ate my three burritos. Even got his email address so we can share things. Really cool dude.
Also met up with my therapist. Was mostly in a retrospective mood, and mostly talked about the impact others have had on my life.
Walked down to the liquor store with Carl. An older guy smiled at me, and we exchanged pleasantries, then me an Carl walked down to shell to get him a couple bad, but not too bad beers, lol, and me a fountain drink. Pepsi to be exact.
Later on i went to shell myself to get Carl a couple more beers, and walked to Albertsons to get two cans of mushy dog food, and four cans of chunky cat food. Went to the self check out line and had no problem with it for a change. A day before this nice black lady explained to me how to do it. All i had to do was push a button. First time in over a year that someone took the time to explain it to me, instead of rolling her eyes, and doing it for me like the previous women.
Anyway, i left a couple dimes in their incase someone had just 20 cents short which has happened to me many times. Got really sick on the way home, and had to sit down about four times. Just took the time to thank God for the amazing day. Night got finished off when i told this pretty lady in a car to go, instead of me walking first. She gave me a beautiful smile and a wave, and i returned the favor. Made my heart feel good. The night was ended when i told Carl to hang in there, and that i'd say another prayer for him. He thanked me before assuring me that he'd be alright.
Darn near a perfect day, and will have many more even better ones, and probably a few worse ones in the future. Looking forward to the weekend!! :)

Things are going well here at work. I'm on a temporary transfer assignment for 2.5 months at another store in my employer's company in the same state - this particular town is going thru an oil boom right now and as a result, things have REALLLLLLLLLLY picked up. Not sure when exactly this started (around 2 years ago, I think), but it's been ridiculous since then and things show no signs of slowing down. In fact, the oil boom has hit closer to my home (the town I'm in is further away from home).
Anyway, I am finishing up my 2nd week here, and it has been nothing but great fun! The store is SUUUUUUUUPER short staffed and is allowing what employees there still are, to put in all the OT they want (70 hours for me this week so 30 hours of OT, **** yeah). Plus they pay me WAY the hell better here than at my home store, because this store does SO well in everything. (it's a hairy, ugly situation with the oil boom - there is high demand for housing... there is demand for 5,000 houses and right now they can only meet 2,000 of that. Also, there is ZERO VACANCY in any hotels ANYWHERE, all apartments have a 6-month to 2-YEAR waiting list, etc... Good luck finding a place, because you're not going to find one! I'm here because my employer has a deal with the hotels here to reserve a # of rooms)
I wouldn't wish this growth on anyone - it's pretty tough when something like this happens, because you're not prepared for the sudden growth. If this ever hits my hometown... You betcha I'm leaving. This is no joke - landlords have raised their rents to $2,000/month because of the demand and because the oil workers can afford that kind of money. But they are also evicting people, usually longtime residents, because of that. Lots of homelessness going on too. Like I said, hairy and ugly.
My boss for the time being (the store manager, heh) is actually really awesome and if she hadn't already accepted a new position in the same company in another state, I would soooo be asking her to come work at my store, lol. She blew me away with her awesomeness the first morning I swung by her office to chat with her... a little backstory to this, I did a brief gig at this store last year (so right now is my 2nd time being here), and found out my last gig here that she knew sign language (I'm deaf; sign language is my first language). I didn't get to talk to her much last time so I never got to ask how she knew sign language. Well, the first morning I stopped by her office, I finally asked her about that and she said she'd started while in college over 10 years ago... and bonus, she would be willing to practice sign language for me if I knew it (oh of course!). Um, how AWESOME is that?! Everybody adores her - so I am bummed she won't be a store manager for much longer! On Sunday, she told me she was on her day off from work and actually sitting at home, practicing her signs. SO HAPPY (and flattered!). It may seem insignificant to you guys, but it means so much to me. I don't expect ANYBODY to know/be fluent in sign language. This is very much a hearing world... I am just one deaf gal living among the hearing, and she has to deal with the fact that this is really all about the hearing people. Just a fact of life for me. I'd already liked her from the start, so it is an added positive to our newfound friendship. :) So maybe now you guys understand why I was seriously flattered to hear that from her! That would be like me taking the time to practice, say, Arabic. Not a language that everybody knows. Finding someone who does know it is hard to come by. So when you do find someone who knows more than just the basic aspects of that language, it really means a lot!
I am gonna be SUPER sad when my assignment is up and I have to go home. I love everything about my work situation right now!

^That's cool. I had a sixth grade teacher who felt it was important for our class to know how to sign the letters in the alphabet in sign language. I know that's obviously not being fluent in it, but it's something. No one in the class was deaf so she must have known someone who was or just felt it was important to know. Twenty years later I still remember how.

Jenny, that is way awesome! Yeah, it's not much, but it's a good start. :) And it's pretty neat you still know the alphabet 20 years later! There are actually different variations of sign language alphabet -- for instance, we here in North America use 1 hand to sign our alphabet. But in Britain, they use BOTH HANDS. (yes, I know! Crazy!) Unfortunately, I don't remember any of the BSL alphabet because it seemed too complicated for me to remember. Plus they sign differently too... sign languages are languages of their own! Someone who knows ASL isn't going to understand BSL as easily, just like someone who knows German isn't going to understand Spanish so easily. But yeah, the alphabet is pretty easy to remember. :) Rock on, Jenny! :D
TY, Brad! Yeah, it's been nothing but fun here. Yes, I'm serious. Even tho my workload is heavier right now and all that. There are sooooooooo many problems with the store building up, but we do what we can do to make the best of it. It's interesting, my home store is like a well-oiled machine. Here at this store, not so much. But everybody is pretty laid back and it's actually not a bad environment.

I'm very happy for you both. It's awesome to read about two great friends finally meeting, like a Hallmark movie or something. :)
It's nice to read something positive, thanks for supplying that.

Gonna be getting together with one of my best childhood friends Andrea and my ex, Donna next week. i finally have a little money, so i'm very excited. Haven't gotten together with any of them in awhile, so it should be fun. i'm a lucky guy! Ran into Donna today on the way home from Papa Murphy's, and we talked for about 10minutes. She was ecstatic for me, and told me how happy she was that i was doing so well, and how proud of me she was. i guess her and her ex broke up, because when i said boyfriend, she corrected me, and said friend. Gave her a hug, it was so nice seeing her again. iv'e missed her! Here's a pic of Donna, and a couple of Andrea that she took on Halloween.

i'm also gonna be getting together with my friend Kathy on Monday in downtown Portland. Known her for about 8 years, and it'll be the first time we've met in person. She is giving me a camera, so i'm looking forward to that too! :)

i have had an amazing couple days, and am beyond blessed. Yesterday i met up with a dear friend of seven or eight years in downtown Portland at the Starbucks at Pioneer Courthouse Square, Kathy. It was the first time we have gotten together face to face. Spent about an hour with her and her roomate, gave her a couple hugs, and she gave me a digital camera. iv'e been wanting one for years, but never had the money, and now i finally have one. i joked with her today about her and her roomate being the female Odd Couple, and her roomate cracked up, and really got a kick out of that. lol
i spent the next five hours or so walking the streets of downtown Portland, admiring the art, architecture, and the people. i stopped at a gift shop and got some great stationary, and a card. Today i received a card back that i sent to a dear friend over a week ago, and didn't understand why. About an hour ago, i remember the card and stationary, and i reliezed why GOD sent it back. That's the stationary i need to use, and that card is a card i need to send. Anyway, it was a great shop. After that i just wandered the streets, looked at many of the food carts, and pondered which one to eat at. They look so junky, but my friends have told me that they have the best food, and the biggest portions. i chose flash over substance, and went to this place called little big burger. $3.50 for a burger that was smaller than a Wendy's value burger. It tasted good, but the burgers i get from Puff's Pub tastes far better, and are about five times the size, but the same price. Next time i'm gonna go with the dinky, junky looking food cart.
From there i made my way past the 99%, the occupy Portland peeps. Like many had told me, it looked like a homeless shelter, but it didn't smell bad or anything, and the people were incredibly nice. i don't agree with alot of what they believe in, but most of them are good peeps, who's hearts are in the right place. It was a pleasure meeting them. i'm planning on going back down there and taking pics of the camp, and i will post them here, as well as on my facebook page. Anyway, i got on the max, didn't know which one to get onto, but i walked by Faith, and i was led to a very unfamiliar area. i studied the board for about 15 minutes, and got closer, and made it to 82nd avenue. Studied that board for 5 or 10 minutes, and tried getting on the bus, but i lost my pass. lol i found it right as the doors closed, and she opened it for me. Before this i lokked at the sky, and GOD told me how to get home, and sure enough, the bus brought me to 181st avenue, five blocks from home.
i looked at the sky a bit more, and started crying a little bit. Also picked up all the mishappen and perfectly shapen heart leaves that GOD told me to pick up. i flashed back to something that happened a couple months ago when i went to get my meds, (when i still took meds) i tried to go home, but got confused, lost my mind, and ended up roaming the streets for hours in the 90 degree heat instead. i made my way to a phone booth, and somehow had the presence of mind to call home, but nobody answered. i started crying for the next 15 minutes, cause i was lost and scared. i just kept walking, and getting lost, but four or five hours later i finally made it home.
A month and a half ago i made a leap of Faith, giving up all 20 meds i was on at once, and about a week ago i had something amazing happen. NoBS, i was at the doctor. My frame of mind was great, and i got on the max. All of a sudden the max had turbulence, and i had this weird feeling. No fear, just something was off. The guy told me to get off, and get on the other max. Hesitantely i did, and i was one of just a few people on. This weird guy kept walking by me slowly, and all the doors shut. This brought me back to something that happened that was the reason i gave up all the pills to begin with. i will share this at a later time, too emotional right now though. Anyway, all of a sudden one door miraculously opened. i hesitated for a moment, but something told me to get off that train. And i did. i said a prayer for those on it after i got off.
i just started walking and laughing, and said to GOD, i don't know where you are taking me, but i know it's where i'm suppose to go. i was so incredibly calm. As i was walking, i looked up, and my oh my, the show i got over the next two hours, something no movie writer would consider, too unrealistic. i saw names, names of my closest friends. People who stood by me through everything. i had lusts at one time for some, and the words sex repeatedly came up. then an arrow pointing backwards. But there was one arrow pointing down, and i started following it, just like the wise men in the Bible. i wasn't watching for cars because despite not looking, i knew where they were moreso than i ever did looking.
The show was amazing, airplanes crashing into buildings, airplanes turning into crosses, crosses turning into X's, and upside down crosses (peace signs, to nazi symbols, to birds, and on and on. so many things, but i'm not going to share everything now. The end message was that the past is the past. i started crying tears of joy, and the things i saw when i looked back were becoming dimmer and dimmer, and i could barely see. The end was me looking directly into the sun, and i saw clearer then i ever have before. Many were mocking me, and laughing, but i was crying tears of joy, and the sun turned into an eye, and was winking at me. GOD was saying i love you over and over again.
i got up, and the arrow was still there. i thought it was taking me to the bank because i needed money, but when i finally got there, i started crying again. i looked across the street, and saw the phone booth where i had gotten scared and lost two months earlier. Wow, trying not to cry right now. i made my way across the street thinking that i would find money, and having someone pick me up to take me home. What happened instead though was so much better. When i got to the phone, the phone was gone, and all i saw was dots where all the screws once went. GOD kept repeating YoUnoti. Then i looked at the top, and there were two arrows pointing up. i started crying again, and got another 10 minute show in the sky. On my way home GOD told me to forgive everyone, and mentioned some very special people who were once in my life. HE told me that that was in the past, and that i had alot of blame myself, and that i had done even worse things, and that i needed to stand by them just like they did for me.
i kept walking, and getting sign after sign. One was safeway, and when i went in, it didn't work out, and i remembered what the Bible said about taking the Safeway, and how that's not always good. My favorite though was when i looked up and saw Goodwill when i wanted to give up. i started laughing, and said Thank You God. Another great one was when i past Noah's Ark pre-school, and GOD reminded me how people laughed at Noah too when he was building the ark, and the little embarrassment i had left, and turned into pure joy. lol
Anyway, what i just shared is 100% truth, and is not exaggerated. Those who know me know this. Infact, what i just shared isn't 1/1000th of what happened to me that day, but all will be revealed in time.
Anyway, for those of you still reading, thank you for your patience. i hope this put a smile on your face. Suffice to say, i feel quite good. lol ;)

i had a great day yesterday. My brother celebrated his 32nd birthday. He said it was one of his best ever, and he even got a miracle on his big day, running into our dad at radio shack. Anyway, if you guys can, please vote for my niece Cyndel in a photo shoot contest. Getting friends to vote was my present to Rich. Even if she doesn't win, thank you, what matters is not whether she won or lost, but the love that you all have shown for her. Thanks guys. i'm gonna take some time off, but i will talk to you all in a few. The link for the contest is below. The deadline for voting is November 12th. Thanks everyone! :)

It felt good to have the day off today. I've been working some serious hours and going to school to get my master's in secondary education at the same time. It was relaxing to just spend today reading. :)

It was great chatting on the phone. :talk:
Also, I haven't bought it yet, but this weekend I plan on buying a box of jello and making it. I know what to do now and hopefully it will come out correctly. Thanks for showing me how when I was there. :D

I'm almost done Christmas shopping. present:
I think I will get my kitty Romeo a new toy banana. The one I got him last year he has really loved, but it's pretty worn out. I gave him the Kong toy carrot Wednesday, but he wasn't that impresed with it. He seems to really prefer the banana. Cuddles isn't really interested in the catnip toys.
