He was the man who broke two men out of jail, they escaped in his truck, lead highway patrolmen on a long chase, a shootout, then escaped into the woods near a lake in Oklahoma. The men he broke out were caught days later, but Travis remained on the run. Does anyone know if he was ever caught?

Yes, it seems he was caught not long after the UM broadcast. He was never charged in the death of the camper found shot to death across the lake. However he was convicted on other charges related to the breaking the guys out of jail and leading the cops on a high speed chase. He was later sentenced to 9 years in prison and was released in 2002. The nut guy that Duncan helped bust out, John Fisher was later convicted of first degree murder and is currently serving a life sentence in an Oklahoma prison.

I just had this man evicted from my rental unit. So i figured i'd type his name up on the internet and this is what i find. Once i saw this video i was in total shock. You can view his record at the Oklahoma Dept of Corrections web site. Absolutely scary when you think a person is normal and then find this out. . .
