Help me remember the name of this segment/victim

Young actress living in Los Angeles was murdered in her apartment, some of the neighbors said they heard screams but no one saw anything. The segment interviewed a family member as well as a producer friend from Hollywood.

Yeah, that's the one. Crystal went to Hollywood in the mid-80s to become a star. She wound up becoming a stripper instead to make ends meet. She met Anton Kline, a wannabe screen writer and they fell in love. The last time he saw her she had a cold but otherwise everything was fine. She had a potential job lined up in Japan. She was found dead a week later in her apartment. The coroner was unable to determine the cause of death, and thought that she might have died from her illness or some other natural cause. Kline was suspicious because screams were heard coming from Crystal's apartment presumably on the night she died. She was also nude from the waist down when she was found. Crystal's family asked to view her body several times but their requests were denied. Kline eventually got his hands on Crystal's autopsy report and discovered that the height and weight of the corpse did not match those of Crystal Spencer. Kline believed that Crystal was murdered and questioned whether the body found was even hers.
