I agree with a lot of those and am pleased that "Andy Richter" made the cut. Only lasting 19 episodes, I wasn't sure it would. Just goes to show quality can win out over quantity. Though I still wish it had a good long run.

Others I think should be noted are:
Scrubs
My Name Is Earl
Reno 911!
The King of Queens (unless for some reason it's counted as a 90s show)
That '70s Show (ditto)

I'm also glad to see no "Two and a Half Men" on this list. :)

MY FAVORITE ARE GRAY UNMARRIED AND THE BIG BANG THOERY.

WHY DO PEOPLE LIKE THE OFFICE? ALL THEY DO IS TALK.. I JUST DON'T GET WHY PEOPLE LIKE IT SO MUCH? THATS WHY I DON'T LIKE CHEERS EITHER.

its not a bad list, I'm not a big fan of a couple of those shows but i wouldn't dispute their presence on the list

The only one on that list that I like is the BBT. 30 isn't too bad though. Malcolm in the Middle should be on there too.

I'm glad to see Andy Richter Controls the Universe on that list. That was such a great show that had so much potential. Unfortunately, FOX decided it would rather air garbage instead of quality shows.

I think Scrubs should be on that list too. That is such an underrated show. It's a shame that show never got the respect it deserved. Now, ABC is letting it die a slow, painful death.

How can That 70s Show not be included? Who made this list?

I was going to mention that one too but maybe it's considered a 90's sitcom. All that list has shown me is how far sitcoms have fallen over the years.

they forgot a VERY big comedy series from this decade, a little show called DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES! and while we are at it where is Ugly Betty on the list? not to mention The New Adventures Of Old Christine and Samantha Who?

Well my pick is definitely not a sitcom, but I choose "Monk". I know I've been unhappy with it at times (a lot of times), but it's definitely the best show from this decade. Brilliant beyond brilliant! No other show can make me laugh, cry, and sit at the edge of my seat all in one episode.

Completely agree on Old Christine - I still can't believe after 5 years how much of an underrated show it remains. The only show that can get me laughing harder is The Big Bang Theory, but Old Christine is still amazingly fresh and funny each week. Very traditionally done, yet very modern in its humor.

I agree with Adamantium that Scrubs should be on the list.

It certainly has been around longer than just about every show on that list.

Plus, I've always thought that it's a funny show. I love watching the reruns on Comedy Central.
