The latest incarnation of reality romance comes to ABC in 2010, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Beauty will be in the eyes of the beholder/contestants on the hour Endemol special, called "The Conveyor Belt of Love," as five women are presented with 30 men who appear on display -- moving across a stage on a conveyer belt. Each lady must select one man.

The special airs Jan. 4, following the debut of "The Bachelor."

I don't know; isn't there a reality show currently airing on TLC featuring women who actually go to full term without knowing they are pregnant?? :eek: :( :rolleyes:
