With Kitty's cancer battle intensifying in the new year (don't miss the final
scenes of Brothers & Sisters' Dec. 6 episode), Kitty (Calista Flockhart) is going to need all the help she can get. Good thing she has a longtime best friend we never heard about until now. Cheryl Hines, who plays Larry David's wife on Curb Your Enthusiasm, joins the cast for an episode as close pal Buffy early in the new year. Expect the character to help Kitty transition into the next phase of her life. Hopefully she'll prove to be Buffy the Cancer Slayer!!
